Title A name given to the resource Pengaruh Kontrol Diri Terhadap Motivasi Berhenti Merokok Pada Siswa Kelas XI di SMAN 1 Bonjol Pada Tahun 2022 Description An account of the resource   Kontrol diri merupakan suatu kemampuan yang dapat mengarahkan, membimbing dan mengatur bentuk perilaku yang bisa membawa individu kearah yang berdampak positif. Pengaruh kontrol diri yang rendah akan memicu remaja untuk berperilaku negatif seperti merokok. Pengaruh kontrol diri yang tinggi akan mempengaruhi motivasi berhenti merokok pada siswa. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap motivasi berhenti merokok pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Bonjol Pada Tahun 2022. Metode : Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September 2022. Jenis penelitian adalah quasy eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 124 siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Bonjol dengan sampel sebanyak 56 sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data univariat disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan analisa bivariat menggunakan uji paired sample t tes, pengolahan data menggunakan komputerisasi program spss versi 16. Hasil : Lebihh dari separoh siswa kontrol diri tidak dilakukan sebelum diberikan edukasi sebanyak 34 orang (60,7%), lebih dari separoh siswa kontrol diri dilakukan sesudah diberikan edukasi yaitu sebanyak 32 orang (57,1%), lebih dari separoh siswa motivasi berhenti merokok tidak dilakukan sebelum diberikan edukasi yaitu sebanyak 33 orang (58,9%), lebih dari separoh siswa motivasi berhenti merokok dilakukan sesudah diberikan edukasi yaitu sebanyak 36 orang (64,3%), ada pengaruh kontrol diri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap motivasi berhenti merokok (p=0,000). Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh kontrol diri tehadap motivasi berhenti merokok sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi pada siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Bonjol Tahun 2022.
