Mual dan muntah saat ini sebagai penyebab hiperemesis gravidarum belum diketahui secara pasti dan multifaktorial. Walaupun beberapa mekanisme yang diajukan bisa memberikan penjelasan yang layak, namun bukti yang mendukung untuk setiap penyebab hiperemesis gravidarum masih belum jelas berdasarkan survei awal yang peneliti lakukan di Puskesmas Desa baru maka peneliti menemukan beberapa ibu yang mengalami kehamilan trimester pertama terdapat kejadian mual pada mereka dimana mereka mual dan muntah selama 2 sampai 4 kali sehari dan juga terdapat yang mual sampai 6 kali sehari dan belum pernah mendapatkan tindakan yang dapat mengurangi mual dan muntah. Metode penelitian metode Quasi Ekperimen dengan pendekatan One Group Pre- Post Test Design dengan sampel sebanyak 11 orang. Pengolahan data dengan komputerisasi dengan t-Test alpha 0,05. Kualitas ASI sangat dipengaruhi oleh konsumsi makanan sehat yang dikonsumsiibu, untuk itu ibu perlu mendapatkan tambahan makanan untuk menghindari kemunduran produksi ASI .Jumlah ASI yang sedikit dapat diatasi dengan mengkonsumsi sayur daun katuk dan daun kelor. Di Puskesmas Pasar Baru jumlah bayi yang tidak mendapatkan ASI ekslusif karena kurangnyaproduksi ASI adalah 54 bayi dari 176 bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari perbandingan pemberian daun katuk dan daun kelor terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pretest- Posttest control group Design, instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dengan sampel sebanyak 10 orang , 5 orang perlakuan daun katuk dan 5 orang perlakuan daun kelor dengan menggunakan Purposive sampling. Hasil uUji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test didapatkan nilai p value = 0.255. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh konsumsi daun katuk dengan rata-rata selisih volume ASI 26 cc dengannilai P= 0.043 dan pengaruh daun kelor dengan rata – rata selisih volume ASI 41 cc dengan nilai P= 0.042. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh konsumsi daun katuk dan daun kelor terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI.Dari perbandingan dapat disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan konsumsi daun katuk dan daun kelor terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI di Puskesmas Pasar Baru. Diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi bahan referensi dan masukan bagi peneliti, responden, dan institusi pendidikan serta bermanaat bagi keilmuan dan profesi bidan di masa yang akan datang. The emergency committee telah menyatakan bahwa penyebaran Covid-19 dapat dihentikan jika dilakukan proteksi, deteksi dini, isolasi, dan perawatan yang cepat agar tercipta inplementasi sistem yang kuat untuk menghentikan penyebaran Covid-19. Vaksinasi Covid-19 bertujuan untuk mengurangi transmisi atau penularan Covid-19, menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat Covid-19, mencapai kekebalan kelompok masyarakat (herd immunity) dan melindungi masyarakat dari Covid-19 agar tetap produktif secara sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang berhubungan dengan sikap masyarakat terhadap vaksin Covid-19 di sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini di mulai dari Juni-Juli 2021 di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5.534.472 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 221 orang responden dengan Accidental Sampling. Hasil uji statistik analisis bivariat menyatakan ada hubungan pengetahuan diperoleh nilai p value 0,000 (p&lt;0,005), dukungan keluarga diperoleh p value 0,000 (p&lt;0,005), peran tenaga kesehatan diperoleh p value 0,000 (p&lt;0,005), dan tidak ada hubungan paparan media diperoleh p value 0,499 (p&gt;0,005). Faktor dominan sikap masyarakat terhadap vaksin Covid-19 adalah dukungan keluarga. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, dan peran tenaga kesehatan dengan sikap masyarakat terhadap vaksin Covid-19. Saran dalam penelitian ini agar masyarakat lebih memahami pencegahan Covid-19 yang menjadi pandemi pada saat sekarang.
