Sekitar 70-90% kasus nyeri haid terjadi saat usia remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengaruh senam dismenore da massage effleurage terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri di SMA N Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasy eksperimen dengan rancangan two group pre-post test design Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA N 1 Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan pada bulan September 2019 dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang dengan tingkat dismenore pada sa menstruasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling menggunkan lembar observasi. Analisis penelitian ini dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Ttest dependen dan U Ttest Independen dengan Pvalue = 0,05. Hasil Uji Paired sample t-test penelitia pada kelompok senam dismenore didapatkan nilai p=0,001 (p<0,05) dan pad kelompok massage effleurage didapatkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05), menunjukan bahw kedua intervensi berpengaruh terhadap penurunan nyeri haid masing-masin kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada efektifitas sena dismenore sebelum menstruasi dan kelompok massage effleurage sesudah menstrua dapat mengurangi tingkat nyeri dismenore pada kelompok senam dismenore denga kelompok massage effleurage.
