Video edukasi cara menyusui yang benar merupakan media untuk menyampaikan pesan atau informasi dengan cara melihat dan mendengar. Pendidikan kesehatan dengan media video lebih mampu mencapai tujuan pembelajaran karena mampu menstimulasi indera pendengar dan penglihatan, serta lebih menarik perhatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi video cara menyusui yang benar terhadap cara ibu menyusui di ruang rawat nifas RS AR Bunda Prabumulih 2023. Desain penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimental menggunakan rancangan onegroup pre test post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 responden menggunakan Accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dengan instrumen LATCH, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji Paired sampel T test. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada Agustus 2023 s/d September 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata sebelum di berikan video edukasi adalah 4,10 dan rata-rata setelah adalah 8.20. pada uji Paired sampel T test di dapatkan hasil bahwa p=0,000, dimana p < 0,005. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh edukasi video cara menyusui yang benar terhadap cara ibu menyusui di ruang rawat nifas RS AR Bunda Prabumulih 2023. Disarankan agar petugas kesehatan dapat menerapkan pemberian video edukasi tentang menyusui yang benar kepada ibu menyusui di ruang nifas sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan cara menyusui ibu.
