Title A name given to the resource PENGARUH TEKNIK MARMET TERHADAP PRODUKSI ASI PADA IBU POSTPARTUM HARI 4-10 DI PMB PUTRI ASIH KOTA PEKANBARU TAHUN 2023 Description An account of the resource Pada masa ini ibu mengalami kelelahan setelah melahirkan sehingga dapat mengurangi produksi ASI, kurangnya produksi ASI dapat di atasi dengan Teknik Marmet.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh dilakukan teknik marmet terhadap produksi ASI. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian Quasy Experimental dengan desain One Group Pretest–Posttest. Populasi seluruh ibu postpartum yang tidak memberikan ASI secara Eksklusif pada bayinya karena pengeluaran ASI yang tidak lancar. Sampelnya berjumlah 10 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan daftar tilik yang merupakan prosedur teknik marmet dan lembar Observasi untuk memantau kelompok intervensi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2023. Data diolah dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Uji Paired t-test. Hasil penelitian rata-rata produksi ASI pada ibu postpartum sebelum diterapkan teknik marmet sebesar 44.20ml dan setelah diterapkan teknik marmet sebesar 47.40ml. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh diberikan perlakuan pijat Teknik Marmet pada ibu postpartum dengan nilai p value = 0,000 < α = 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pijat teknik marmet terhadap produksi ASI pada Ibu postpartum di PMB Putri Asih Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2023. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk menerapkan teknik marmet ini sebagai metode untuk melancarkan ASI. Title A name given to the resource FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MANDIANGIN KOTO SELAYAN KOTA BUKITTINGI TAHUN 2024 Description An account of the resource Anemia pada ibu hamil merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan dunia karna dapat menyebabkan kesakitan dan kematian baik pada ibu dan janin.Anemia pada ibu hamil adalah kondisi dimana ibu dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) < 11 gr/dl pada trimester I dan III sedangkan, pada trimester II <10,5gr/dl. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan desain cross- sectional, dengan populasi sebanyak 351 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probality sampling dengan besar sampel 78 responden. Analisis kuantitatif secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa status gizi paling banyak berada pada kategori normal 42 responden (53,8%). Kunjungan antenatal care ibu hamil pada kategori tidak sesuai 65 (83,3%). Usia ibu hamil pada kategori tidak beresiko 52 responden (66,7%). Kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil kategori tidak anemia 58 responden (74,4%). Variabel yang mempengaruhi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamildi Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mandiangin Koto Selayan Kota Bukittinggi tahun 2024 yaitu Kunjungan ANC P=0.011, Usia ibu P=0.017 sedangkan, variabel yang tidak mempengaruhi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mandiangin Koto Selayan Kota Bukittinggi tahun 2024 yaitu Statu gizi P=0.689. Dapat disimpukan dari 3 faktor yang diteliti hanya 2 faktor terdapat hubungan yaitu kunjungan ANC dan usia ibu sedangkan 1 faktor tidak terdapat hubungan yaitu status gizi. Sebaikannya usia yang ideal untuk ibu hamil yaitu 20 -35 tahun dan diharapkan ibu hamil dapat melakukan kunjungan antenatal care sesuai dengan rekomendasi DinKes yaitu > 6 kali kunjungan ANC.
