Data dari klinik LPKA Tanjung Pati menunjukkan penyakit skabies meningkat setiap tahunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara personal hygiene dan kepadatan hunian pada Anak Binaan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Tanjung Pati. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Rancangan pada penelitian ini yaitu Cross sectional. Total populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 67 orang anak binan. Besaran sampel penelitian sebanyak 67 sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Hasil pemeriksaan peneliti, sebanyak 41 responden (61,2%) mengalami skabies. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan sebanyak 36 responden (53,7%) memiliki hygiene buruk dan sebanyak 57 orang (85,1%) padat penghuni. Hasil uji chi- square menunjukkan ada hubungan antara personal hygiene dengan kejadian skabies dengan nilai (p=0,000) dan ada hubungan antara kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian skabies dengan nilai (p=0,038). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini sebagian besar Anak Binaan memiliki personal hygiene yang buruk, terutama pada kebersihan badan, pakaian dan alas tidur/ sprei. Kepadatan hunian yang tinggi juga meningkatkan risiko terjadi skabies. Hendaknya petugas LPKA rutin memberikan penyuluhan kepada anak binaan mengenai penyakit skabies dan pentingnya personal hygiene.
