Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor seperti keseimbangan hormon , cucaca atau iklim, genetik Sehingga dengan dilakukannya pola makan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan lansia dengan risiko remathoid arthritis.Responden pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 52 lansia yang terbagi menjadi 26 laki laki lansia dan 26 perempuan lansia.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tigo Baleh Kota Bukittinggi 2021.Pengambilan sample ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 52 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini 14 responden dengan pola makan tidak baik, terdapat separuh yaitu 7 responden terjadi remathoid tidak berisiko. Dan dari 38 responden dengan pola makan baik, terdapat yaitu 32 responden terjadi remathoid berisiko. Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan nilai p=0,026 (<0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan antara pola makan lansia.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pola makan dengan risiko remathoid arthritis.Berdasarkan penelitian diharapkan kepada responden lansia yang memiliki risiko remathoid arthritis agar menjaga pola makan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakar metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini ai muffi dari buln Julizfrf2l di Kota Bukiuinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sehanyak 237 oftrng, Sanrpel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 orang responden dengan Simple Randam Sampting. Data dianalisis menggrmakan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 38 orang reponden yang terpapar dengan pendidikan kesehatan, 15 responden memiliki lingkat pengetahuan rendah, sedangkaa 23 orung respooden rnenriliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah. Hasil uii statistik antara pendidikan kesehatan dengan tingkat pengetahuan NAPZA nilai p:0,028(p<0,05) yang artinya terdapat huhungan yang berniakna antara pendidikan kesehatan dengan tingkat peugetahrran tentang NAPZA di SMK Pe.rnbangunan Kota Bukittinggi tahun 2021. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan kesehatan dengan tingkat pengetahuan tentang NAPZA di SMK Pembangunan Kota Bukittinggi tahun 2021. Saran dalam penelitian ini diharapkan kepada siswa dalam pergaulaq kepada gunr dan oftmg tua untuk mengawasi dan memberikan penyuluhan tentang NAPZA, sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi kasus penyalatrgunaan NAPZA pada siswa.
