Berdasarkan hal ini peneliti tertarik mengambil judul “Hubungan Tingkat Nyeri dengan Pola istirahat dan tidur klien Post-op di Ruangan rawat Inap Bedah RS AR Bunda Prabumulih tahun 2021. Metode penelitian ini adalah Studi Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross sectional dimana sampel sebanyak 30 orang( pasien ) dengan uji statistik menggunakan Uji Chi Square .Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan lebih dari separoh responden 56,7% mengalami tingkat nyeri sedang Klien Pasca operasi di Ruang rawat Inap Bedah RS AR Bunda Prabumulih .Sebanyak 60 % responden memiliki pola istirahat dan tidur yang nyaman Klien Pasca operasi di Ruang rawat Inap Bedah RS AR Bunda Prabumulih.Terdapat Hubungan Tingkat Nyeri dengan Pola Istirahat dan Tidur Klien Pasca operasi di Ruang rawat Inap Bedah RS AR Bunda Prabumulih Tahun 2021dengan Pvalue (0.049<0.05), dengan hasil ini diharapkan penelitian ini dapat ditingkatkan kepada arah yang lebih tinggi tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi pola istirahat dan tidur klien pasca operasi serta pengembangan pemberian terapi lain terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri dan gangguan pola istirahat dan tidur klien pasca operasi di Ruangan Bedah RS AR Bunda Prabumulih.
