Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiPerbandingan Pemberian Kompres Daun Rambutan (Nephelium Lappaceum) dengan Kompres Air Biasa Terhadap penurunan Suhu Tubuh Pasca Imunisasi DPT Pada Balita 1-2 tahun di Wilayah Kerja Poskesri Gunung Rajo Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitikkomparatif numerik tidak berpasangan dengan desain penelitianquasy experiment design dengan pendekatan two group pretest-posttest design. Dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Populasi penelitian adalahsemua ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita berusia 1-2tahun yang mengalami demam setelah di imunisasi DPT, sampel sebanyak 34 dengan menggunakan daun Rambutan 17 orang dan dengan menggunakan kompres air biasa 17, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengancara pourposive accidental. Hasil penelitian di peroleh Rata-rata suhu tubuh balita sebelum intervensi kompres daun rambutan adalah 37.329 º C setelah intervensi adalah menjadi 36.206ºC dan Rata-rata suhu tubuh balita sebelum intervensi kompres air biasa adalah 37.141ºC setelah intervensi menjadi 36.241ºC. Uji analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Paired Sample Test pemberian kompres daun rambutan (Nephelium Lappaceum) hasilnya p- value (0.032<0,05), dan pemberian kompres air biasa hasilnya p-value (0.039<0,05). Sehingga kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh pemberian kompres daun rambutan dan kompres air biasa terhadap penurunan Suhu Tubuh Pasca Imunisasi DPT Pada Balita 1-2 tahun. Dengan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pada ibu balita yang mengalami peningkatan suhu tubuh pasca imunisasi dapat memberikan terapi dengan kompres daun rambutan atau dengan kompres air biasa.
