Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan di Indonesia termasuk di Provinsi Jambi. Berdasarkan Laporan Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI), prevalensi anak usia dibawah lima tahun (balita) yang mengalami stunting di Provinsi Jambi berjumlah 22,4% pada tahun 2021 (Dinkes Provinsi Jambi, 2018). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Permainan Ular Tangga terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil tentang Pencegahan Stunting. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Giri Mulyo Kec. Rimbo Ilir Kab. Tebo Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan desain penelitian pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Populasi yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang ada di desa Giri Mulyo berjumlah 12 orang dengan sampel 8 orang ibu hamil. pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Peserta responden diberikan pretest dan postest.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan ibu hamil pretest adalah 42,8 sedangkan posttest 56,4. Hasil uji normalitas normal, dilakukan uji T test paired dengan nilai P-value 0.000 sehingga terdapat pengaruh permainan ular tangga terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan stunting. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh pemberian edukasi stunting melalui permainan ular tangga stunting terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pada ibu hamil tentang pencegahan stunting p-value 0,000 < 0,005. Setelah dilakukan penelitian ini diharapkan kegiatan permainan ular tangga stunting ini dapat dilaksanakan kelas ibu hamil.
