Salah satunya adalah gangguan tidur. Gangguan tidur ibu hamil mulai dirasakan pada kehamilan trimester II. Tapi puncaknya terjadi dikehamilan trimester III. Aroma minyak sari lemon yang terhirup berdampak terhadap perasaan secara siknifikan dan baunya mempengaruhi langsung pada otak sebagai pendingin dan penenang karena minyak atsri jeruk juga mengandung linalol linalil dan terfenol yang berfungsi sebagai penenang dan imsomia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian aroma terapi lemon terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil trimester III di Poli Kebidanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quesy Experriment (penelitian ekperemen semua) dengan mengunakan model one group pretest and postest desaign. Sampel penelitian adalah 13 orang ibu hamil trimester III di poli kebidanan RSUD.M.Zein Painan dengan tenik pengambilan proposive sampling yang didasarkan pada pertimbangan tertentu. Uji distribusi normal mengunakan Shapiro-Wilk didapatkan data berdistribusi normal. Uji hipotesis dengan mengunakan Uji paired samples t-test. Dari hasil penelitian diproleh nilai t-hitung pengaruh pemberian aroma therapy lemon terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil tremester III di poli kebidanan RSUD. M. Zein Painan tahun 2019 adalah 5,500 dengan probabilitas (Sig) 0,000. Berarti pemberian aroma therapy lemon memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil tremester III. Salah satu upayanya yaitu adanya Pelayanan Kesehatan Remaja. Setiap anak usia sekolah dan remaja berhak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan dengan tujuan agar setiap anak memiliki kemampuan berperilaku sehat sehingga mampu menjadi sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Data Riskesdas 2018 menunjukkan 9,1% remaja usia 10-18 tahun merokok. Data SDKI 2017 bahwa 16,4% remaja perempuan 15-19 tahun pernah mengalami kehamilan tidak diinginkan. Hal ini tentu sangat memprihatinkan dan akan mempengaruhi kualitas SDM Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dan desain penelitian yaitu cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Desember 2022 sampai Februari 2023. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh remaja yang ada di Kelurahan Koto Panjang Padang, yaitu 335 orang. Penentuan ukuran sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan memperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 orang. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Derajat kepercayaan (Confident Interval) yang digunakan 95%, batas kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan (P value = 0,046), dukungan keluarga (P value = 0,000), dukungan teman sebaya (P value = 0,000), peran kader dan petugas kesehatan (P value = 0,000) dengan kunjungan remaja pada Posyandu Remaja Mudo Mandiri dimana P value < 0,05. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh yaitu faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan remaja ke posyandu remaja yaitu pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, dukungan teman sebaya, peran kader dan petugas kesehatan. Bagi pihak yang bertanggungjawab terhadap Posyandu Remaja Mudo Mandiri seperti Dinas Kesehatan Kota Payakumbuh dan Puskesmas Lampasi agar meningkatkan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu remaja.
