Rata-rata tingkat nyeri sebelum diberikan perlakuan adalah7,86 dengan standar deviasi 1,657. Berdasarkan data dari United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) pada tahun 2012 hanya 39% bayi di bawah usia 6 bulan yang mendapatkan ASI secara eksklusif di seluruh dunia, Hal ini karena keluhan mengenai kurangnya produksi ASI sehingga menyebabkan ibu memberikan makanan prelakteal. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan volume ASI pada ibu nifas yaitu dengan melakukan kombinasi pijat oketani dan rolling massage punggung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi pijat oketani dan rolling massage punggung terhadap volume ASI pada ibu nifas di PMB “Y” Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain one group pretest- postest. Dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu nifas yang berada di PMB “Y” Kota Bukittinggi, sampel sebanyak 14 orang ibu nifas menggunakan teknik sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Setiap responden diberikan perlakuan dengan pemberian kombinasi pijat oketani dan rolling massage punggung selama 3 hari. Pengukuran volume ASI sebanyak 2 kali yaitu sebelum intervensi dan hari ke 4 setelah intervensi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata volume ASI sebelum diberikan kombinasi pijat oketani dan rolling massage punggung adalah 67,86 dan volume ASI setelah intervensi adalah 103,57 dengan selisih rata-rata 35,71. Uji analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji paired T-test hasilnya p value=0,000. Degan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan pemberian pijat oketani dan rolling massage punggung dapat dijadikan rekomendasi dan menerapkannya pada ibu nifas untuk meningkatkan volume ASI.
