Salah satu negara yang berkembang mempunyai prevalensi hipertensi tertinggi yaitu di Indonesia serta menjadi penyebab kematian ke 5 terbesar di Indonesia. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan non farmakologis yang dapat diaplikasikan pada pasien hipertensi adalah membaca Al-Qur’an . Surah Ar-Rahman dapat dijadikan alternatif pengobatan Non farmakologis bagi penderita hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh membaca surah Ar-Rahman terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gambok tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengunakan quasy experiment dengan rancangan tipe two grup pre test-post test with control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Uji bivariat menggunakan Wilcoxcon hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik sebelum (pretest) dilakukan terapi membaca surah Ar- Rahman adalah 155.65 mmHg dan diastoliknya adalah 95.22 mmHg dan Rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik setelah (posttest) dilakukan intervensi membaca surah Ar- Rahman adalah 145.22 mmHg dan diastoliknya adalah 89.57 mmHg. Dengan demikian hasil Uji Wilcoxon Test diperoleh hasil statistik didapatkan sistolik nilai p=0.000 dan diastolik nilai p=0.003, α= 0.05 (p<α) yang berarti ada perubahan yang bermakna terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi yang sudah diberikan terapi membaca surah Ar-Rahman. Disarankan kepada perawat untuk dapat digunakan sebagai landasan mewujudkan evidence based practice dalam penanganan penderita hipertensi dengan terapi komplementer. Salah satu tanaman herbal yang bisa meredakan nyeri adalah tanaman serai. Hasil 10utrid pendahuluan pada 30 mahasiswi, 85% menyukai aroma dari serai yang akan peneliti gunakan sebagai alternatif lain penanganan dismenore dalam bentuk minyak serai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minyak serai (lemongrass oil) terhadap dismenore pada remaja puteri. Metode penelitian pra- eksperimen melalui pendekatan One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Populasi adalah remaja puteri yang berusia antara 10-21 tahun yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kumpulan Kecamatan Bonjol tahun 2019 yang mengalami dismenore primer sebanyak 112 orang. Sampel berjumlah 16 orang, yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan secara komputerisasi menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil univariat didapatkan rerata dismenore responden sebelum pemberian minyak serai adalah 4,6 + 1,031. Rerata dismenore responden setelah pemberian minyak serai adalah 1,9 + 0,998. Hasil bivariat ada pengaruh minyak serai (lemongrass oil) terhadap dismenore pada remaja puteri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kumpulan Kecamatan Bonjol Tahun 2019 (p < 0,0001).
