Gangguan kesehatan mental pada kehamilan dapat mempengaruhi baik ibu maupun janin yang dikandung prevelensi menurut World Health Organization Tahun 2023 gangguan kesehatan mental adalah sebanyak 15,6% pada masa kehamilan dan 19,8% setelah melahirkan. Salah satu penyebab gangguan kesehatan mental adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kesehatan mental sehingga berdampak pada ibu dan janin. bayi yang di lahirkan ibu dengan masalah kesehatan mental memiliki resiko gangguan perkembangan dan salah satu faktor BBLR. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh media booklet pranikah (a guide to a life time of love ) terhadap pengetahuan tentang kesiapan mental health calon pengantin perempuan di Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra- eksperimen dengan pendekatan one grup pre- test post-test desain. Populasi sebanyak 162 calon pengantin perempuan di KUA Kota Bukittinggi, dengan besar sampel 17 calon pengantin perempuan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, instrument yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan 30 soal pertanyaan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan paired T-test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata pengetahuan calon pengantin perempuan sebelum intervensi adalah (14.69±3,69) dan setelah intervensi adalah (26.94±1,56) dengan p-value 0,001<(0,005) yang artinya Terdapat pengaruh pemberian media booklet pranikah a guide to a life time of love terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan calon pengantin perempuan tentang kesehatan mental. Disarankan responden dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesiapan kesehatan mental.
