Payudara ( kelenjar mamae) salah satu organ reproduksi pada wanita yang berfungsi mengeluarkan air susu. Payudara terdiri dari lobules-lobulus yaitu kelenjar sampai pada putting susu (nipple) ,kelenjar mammae merupakan cirri pembeda pada semua mamalia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompres Air Hangat Pada Payudara Terhadap Pengeluaran ASI Pada Ibu nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Basung Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimental murni dengan menggunakan One Groups Pretest - Posttest Design. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 7 orang responden disesuaikan kriteria inklusi. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengunakan lembar observai dengan analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sampel t-test. Adapun yang menjadi variabel adalah pemberian Kompres Air Hangat Pada Payudara Terhadap Pengeluaran ASI Pada Ibu nifas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2019. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebelum diberi pemberian kompres air hangat rata- rata pengeluaran ASI 2.71 setelah diberikan pemberian kompres air hangat rata-rat pengeluaran ASI adalah 7.28 dan ada pengaruh pemberian kompres air hangat terhadap pengeluaran ASI (P value 0,000). Pada penelitian ini dapat bahwa rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah pemberian kompres air hangat memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengeluaran ASI Pada Ibu nifas. Berdasarkan hasil di atas dapatkan disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian kompres air hangat terhadap Pengeluaran ASI Pada Ibu nifas. Pada penelitian ini disarankan kepada pihak keluarga agar lebih meningkatkan upaya terhadap pengeluaran ASI sehingga bayi mendapatkan nutrisi yang lengkap serta ibu terhidar dari gangguan pasca persalinan seperti stress atau rasa kurang nyaman. Indikasi yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah partus lama dengan berbagai sebab seperti CPD, letak sunsang dan lainnya.Angka kejadian partus lama di Puskesmas Kajai menempati 5 besar kejadian partus lama dibandingkan dengan 19 puskesmas lainnya yang ada di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas cahaya redup terhadap lama persalinan kala I. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimen dengan pendekatan Control Group posttest only design, yaitu dengan membandingkan posttest responden pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kajai pada 03 Februari 2020 sampai dengan 03 Maret 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu bersalin selama 03 Februari 2020 sampai dengan 03 maret 2020 dengan jumlah 12 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan cahaya redup pada kelompok eksperimen dan persalinan biasa pada kelompok kontrol. Pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan secara komputerisasi dengan menggunakan uji t-test.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwarata-rata percepatan kemajuan persalinan kala I fase aktif pada kelompok eksperimen adalah 304.83 menit dan pada kelompok kontrol adalah 348.83 menit. Berdasarkan uji statistik, diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0.01 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Efektivitas Cahaya Redup terhadap Lama Persalinan Kala I di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kajai Kabupaten Pasaman barat tahun 2020. Berdasarkan penelitian diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kajai untuk lebih memaksimalkan pertolongan persalinan kala I dengan cahaya redup serta memperbaiki ruangan bersalin dengan menambah gorden tebal, menyediakan lampu yang redup yang berfungsi untuk mengurangi cahaya yang masuk selama proses persalinan serta menggunakan light meter untuk mengukur intenitas cahaya.
