Title A name given to the resource PENGARUH BUKU SAKU KONSELING PRANIKAH TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN CALON PENGANTIN DALAM PERSIAPAN KEHAMILAN DI PUSKESMAS KOTO BARU KOTA SUNGAI PENUH TAHUN 2024 Description An account of the resource Menurut WHO (2017) angka prevelensi ibu dengan anemia seluruh dunia adalah 43,5%,prevelensi ibu hamil dengan anemia di Asia di perkirakan sebesar 49,4%,Afrika 59,1%,prevelensi ibu hamil anemia di Indonesia sebesar 37,1%.Kdonseling pranikah terhadap calon pengantin merupakan sasaran tepat dalam upaya meningkatkan kesehatan masa sebelum hamil.Calon pengantin perlu mempersiapkan kesehatan reproduksi baik pada calon pengantin perempuan maupun laki-laki,sehingga setelah menikah bisa menghasilkan generasi yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Buku Saku Konseling Pranikah Trehadap Pengetahuan Calon Pengantin Dalam Persiapan Kehamilan Di Puskesmas Koto Baru Tahun 2024. Desain ini penelitian adalah Desain Quasi Experimen Design. Tipe rancangan yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari s/d Maret. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian adalah 10 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi kemudian analisis dengan paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian univariat menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan calon pengantin dalam persiapan kehamilan sebelum di berikan saku konseling pranikah di Puskesmas Koto Baru Tahun 2024 yakni sebesar 12,00. Rata-rata pengetahuan calon pengantin dalam persiapan kehamilan sesudah di berikan buku saku konseling pranikah di Puskesmas Koto Baru Tahun 2024 yakni sebesar 20,40.
