Perdarahan merupakan salah satu sebab utama kematian ibu dalam masa nifas`yaitu berkisar 5-15%. Penyebab dari perdarahan tersebut yaitu 50-60% tidak adanya kontraksi uterus. Data World health organization (WHO), pada tahun 2010 sebanyak 10% ibu meninggal dunia ketika masa nifas pada 24 jam pertama dan 5% pada tahun 2011. Di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Siulak Deras terdapat kasus perdarahan post partum sebanyak 2 orang pada tahun 2023 dan mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2013 menjadi 3 kasus. Dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya perdarahan pasca persalinan adalah dengan merangsang kontraksi miometrium dengan melaksanakan senam nifas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat adakah pengaruh pemberian senam nifas terhadap tinggi fundus uteri ibu post partum di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Siulak Deras Kabupaten Kerinci Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian adalah quasi ekperiment dengan pendekatan one group pre n posttest. Sampel sebanyak 10 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis univariat didapatkan rata-rata TFU pada ibu Post partum sebelum dilakukan senam nifas adalah 9,8 cm dengan standar deviasi 0,823. Rata-rata TFU pada ibu post partum sesudah dilakukan senam nifas adalah 9,1 cm dengan standar deviasi 0,809. Data terdistribusi normal berdasarkan uji shipiro wilk (p>0,05). Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Paired Samples Test didapatkan p-value 0.023<0,05 maka dinyatakan ada pengaruh pemberian senam nifas terhadap tinggi fundus uteri ibu post partum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Siulak Deras Kabupaten Kerinci Tahun 2024. Disarankan agar ibu hamil dapat memahami cara senam nifas dalam membantu involusi uteri. Pada uji paired t- Test didapatkan hasil bahwa p = 0,000, dimana p < 0,05.
