Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja petugas imunisasi terhadap pencapaian cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap di wilayah Puskesmas Lintau Buo Utara II Kabupaten Tanah Datar Tahun 2019, serta peneliti juga ingin mengatahui pandangan atau pendapat orang tua bayi yang mendapatkan pelayanan imunisasi tentang kinerja dari petugas imunisasi tersebut. Maka dari itu metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Mexed method . Yang mana hasil dari kuantitatifnya merupakan gambaran yang mempengaruhi kinerja dilihat dari masa kerja, pengetahuan, dan sikap. Hasil didapatkan ternyata masa kerja,dan sikap sangat mempengaruhi pencapaian imunisasi dasar lengkap. Analisa ini juga didukung oleh hasil wawancara dengan beberapa partisipan. Hasil wawancara dibahas melalui tema-tema yang didapat peneliti, yaitu tema masa kerja, pengetahuan dan sikap, dimana tema-tema tersebut mempunyai beberapa sub tema. Sedangkan pengetahuan ternyata tidak mempengaruhi kinerja dari petugas imunisasi. Diharapkan pada petugas imunisasi Puskesmas agar memberikan pelayanan yang prima mulai dari penyuluhan (KIE), pelayanan imunisasi, serta memberikan motivasi yang baik pada semua keluarga yang memiliki bayi tentang pentingnya imunisasi pada anak.Sehingga tercapainya cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan data laporan Puskesmas Cubadak tahun 2022 dari 531 orang wanita usia subur tercatat 124 orang (23,35%) mengalami keputihan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Rebusan daun sirsak (annona muricatta) Terhadap Keputihan Pada Wanita Usia Subur Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cubadak Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian post test only with control group design. Pengumpulan data telah dilakukan pada bulan Agustus - September 2023 Puskesmas Cubadak. Populasi semua wanita usia subur yang mengalami keputihan patologis yang berjumlah 22 orang dan sampel berjumlah 10 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental Sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji t test independent. Hasil penelitian didapatkan keputihan pada kelompok intervensi dengan rerata adalah 5,20 dengan standar deviasi 0,447 dan kelompok kontrol dengan rerata adalah 8,80 dengan standar deviasi 2,864. Hasil uji statistik terdapat pengaruh rebusan daun sirsak (annona muricatta) terhadap keputihan pada wanita usia subur dengan nilai p value 0,024 (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh rebusan daun sirsak (annona muricatta) terhadap keputihan pada wanita usia subur. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk memberikan informasi kepada wanita usia subur tentang manfaat daun sirsak dalam pengobatan keputihan.
