Salah satu solusi bagi ibu post partum untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka perineum salah satunya adalah pemberian jus nanas dan madu karena mengandung enzim bromelin, vitamin C dan glukose oksidase. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Nanas (Ananas Comosus) dan Madu Terhadap Luka Perineum Pada Ibu Postpartum di BPM “E” Sawahlunto Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pra eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain statis group comparison. Dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu nifas yang berada di PMB “E” Sawahlunto, sampel sebanyak 10 orang ibu nifas menggunakan teknik sampel yaitu accidental sampling. 5 responden diberikan perlakuan dengan pemberian jus nanas dan madu sebanyak 300ml, 2 kali dalam sehari selama 7 hari berturut – turut dan 5 responden tidak diberikan jus nanas dan madu. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata - rata penyembuhan luka pada kelompok kontroladalah 10,20 dan rata - rata penyembuhan luka pada kelompok intervensi adalah 5,60. Uji analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Mann Whithney hasilnya p value=0,007. Dengan hasil penelitian ini bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara lamanya penyembuhan luka perineum dengan yang tidak diberikan jus nanas (Ananas Comosus) dan madu dan yang diberikan jus nanas (Ananas Comosus) dan madu terhadap lamanya penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu postpartum sehingga diharapkan pemberian jus nanas (Ananas Comosus) dan madu dapat dijadikan rekomendasi dan menerapkannya pada ibu nifas untuk penyembuhan luka perineum. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi evaluatif. Tujuan penelitian evaluatif untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan kebijakan, bukan hanya pada kesimpulan sudah terlaksana dengan baik atau tidaknya, tetapi ingin mengetahui kalau belum baik implementasinya, apa yang telah menyebabkan, dimana letak kelemahannya dan kalau lemah apa sebabnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini dari komponen input, program prolanis di tetapkan berdasarkan SK (Surat Keputusan) kepala Puskesmas Kebun Sikolos Padang. Tenaga berdasarkan SK kepala Puskesmas yang di tunjuk oleh kepala yaitu dokter. Metode yang di gunakan dalam program prolanis yaitu dengan menggunakan analisa fishbone. Sarana dan prasarana di dapatkan dari puskesmas, akan tetapi masih belum mendukung semua. Pengalokasian dana di dapatkan dari BPJS, Puskesmas dan Masyarakat. Pada komponen Process, Implementasi program untuk target 75% akan tetapi program ini baru mencapai 50%. Pada komponen Output, hasil dari pelaksanaan program prolanis positif bagi masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian di atas menyatakan bahwa Program prolanis di Puskesmas Kebun Sikolos sudah berjalan namun belum maksimal. Karna program ini masih belum mencapai target, akan tetapi jika dilihat dari segi komponen input dan process program tersebut tidak ada ditemukannya masalah atau kendala.
