Fenomena yang terjadi di ruang ICU RSUD Mohammad Natsir setiap pasien koma yang memiliki sekret pada saluran napas dilakukan suction. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Suction Terhadap Kadar Saturasi Oksigen Pasien Koma Diruang ICU RSUD Mohammad Natsir Kota Solok Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Pra Eksperimen dan pendekatan One Group Pretest Postest serta diolah dengan komputerisasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling (purposive sampling). Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dapat disimpulkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal. Sehingga dengan menggunakan analisa paired samples T tes didapatkanhasilbahwa 8 responden rata-rata sebelum diberikan suction adalah 91.88 %, sedangkan rata-rata setelah diberikan tindakan suction adalah 94.50 %. Dengan demikian hasil uji T (paired sample test) diperoleh p-value < 0,001 (<0,05), yang berati Ha diterima dan Ho di tolak artinya bahwa pemberian tindakan suction berpengaruh terhadap kadar saturasi oksigen pasien koma diruang ICU RSUD Mohammad Natsir Kota Solok. Disarankan kepada tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat untuk mengobservasi kadar saturasi oksigen setelah dilakukan tindakan suction. Data yang diperoleh dari tempat penelitian di SMPN 24 Kerinci Tahun 2020 yaitu dari 61 orang siswi terdapat 15 orang siswi yang mengalami dismenore primer. Terapi seduhan rebusan buah pala merupakan salah satu metode non farmakologis yang dianggap efektif dalam mengurangi rasa nyeri. Pemberian rebusan buah pala akan menekan hormon protglandin kemudian dapat menurunkan nyeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Rebusan Buah Pala Terhadap Dismenore Primer pada Remaja Putri di SMP N 24 Kerinci Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis Quasi Eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode Desain One Group Pretest-Postest. Dengan jumlah populasi 61 orang siswi dan jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 15 orang siswi yang mengalami dismenore primer. Menggunakan teknik sampel non probality sampling dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Dimana responden diberikan perlakuan dengan pemberian rebusan buah pala sebanyak 180 ml selama 3 hari. Pengukuran nyeri dilakukan 2 kali yaitu sebelum konsumsi rebusan buah pala dan setelah mengkonsumsi rebusan buah pala dan pada hari pertama menstruasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di uji normaliti Shapiro-Wilk dengan hasil data berdistribusi normal sehingga analisis univariat dengan tingkat kemaknaan (P &gt; 0,05). Hasil univariat didapatkan rerata dismenore responden sebelum pemberian rebusan buah pala adalah 4,1 ± 1,280. Rerata dismenore responden setelah pemberian rebusan buah pala adalah 2,4 ± 1,121. Hasil analisis bivariat ada pengaruh rebusan buah pala terhadap dismenore primer pada remaja putri di SMP N 24 Kerinci Tahun 2020. Dengan selisih rerata dari sebelum dan setelah intervensi 1,7. Dari uji Paried T-Test didapatkan hasil signifikan yaitu Pvalue = 0,0001 (p &lt; 0,05). Diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya bisa dilakukan untuk melihat adanya pengaruh berat badan, usia, status gizi pada remaja putri yang mengalami dismenore. Pasien dengan ansietas memerlukan penanganan dalam menurunkan ansietasnya karena ansietas peningkatan hormon adrenalin sehingga akan meningkatan tekanan darah, kondisi ini membahayakan bagi penderita hipertensi. Penderita hipertensi dapat dilakukan penanganan dengan farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Salah satu terapi non farmakologi yaitu penerapan relaksasi otot progresif. Tujuan : Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intervensi terapi relaksasi nonfarmakologi melalui penerapan relaksasi otot progresif pada masalah ansietas. Metode : penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan pada Tn.D yang mengalami ansietas dengan diagnosa hipertensi. Hasil : analisis menunjukkan ada terjadi penurunan derajat ansietas dari score HARS 25 (ansietas sedang) menjadi score HARS 14 (ansietas ringan). Kesimpulan : Pada penelitian ini terdapat perubahan yang signifikan dalam pemberian relaksasi otot progresif terhadap kecemasan pada penderita hipertensi.
