Penyebab morning sicknesspeningkatan hormon estrogen, progesterone, dan dikeluarkannya human chorionicgonadothropine plasenta dan hal ini dapat dibantu melalui pemberian air seduhan buah kapulaga (amomum compactum). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “ pengaruh air seduhan buah kapulaga terhadap frekuensi morning sickness pada ibu hamil trimester I di BPM Rohana “dengan rancangan penelitian Quasy Eksperiment dengan desain One Group Pretest Posttest, dengan populasi sebanyak 23 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 orang dengan menggunakan rumus lameshow dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil uji distribusi normal didapatkan data tidak berdistribusi normal pada kelompok mual sehingga uji bivariat adalah wilcoxon, kelompok muntah berdistribusi normal sehigga menggunakan uji paired sample T-test..Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan frekuensi mual sebelum di berikan intervensi adalah 5,53 dan setelah di berikan intervensi adalah 2,47. Hasil uji statist ik di dapatkan p-value 0,001 artinya ada pengaruh antara mual sebelum dan sesudah di berikan intervensi seduhan buah kapulaga. Frekuensi muntah sebelum di berikan intervensi adalah 5,73. Dari hasil uji statistik di dapatkan p-value 0,000 artinya ada pengaruh seduhan buah kapulaga terhadap muntah. Diharapkan pemberian air seduhan buah kampulaga ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dan pengobatan alternatif dalam menerapkan pengobatan mual muntah pada ibu hamil secara non farmakologis pada pelayanan kesehatan dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Dengan Media Video Tentang SHK (Skrining Hipotiroid Kongenital) Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III Terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil. Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain Pre- experimental dengan rancangan One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Desain. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan dengan media video terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil dalam melaksanakan skrining hipotiroid di wilayah kerja puskesmas Tanjung Emas , dengan jumlah populasi jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum diberikan penyuluhan dengan media video rata-rata pengetahuan responden 7,84 . Setelah diberikan penyuluhan media video pengetahuan responden meingkat menjadi 13,26. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan. Ada pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan ibu dimana p value 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap pemberian penyuluhan terhadap ibu hamil.
