Berdasarkan data penelitian dilakukan pada siswi SMP 12 Sungai Penuh didapatkan hasil siwi yang mengalami nyeri berat terkontrol sebanyak 7 orang, skala nyeri sedang 1 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kombinasi Aromaterapi Kayu Manis Dengan Air Perasan Wortel Terhadap Skala Nyeri Remaja Putri di SMP 12 Kota Sungai Penuh. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi experiment desigh dengan rancangan non equivalent control grup, sampel sebanyak 8 orang pada kelompok eksperimen dan 8 orang kelompok kontrol dengan teknik purposive sampling, Uji Shapiro-Wilk didapatkan data berdistribusi normal maka dilanjutkan dengan uji bivariat menggunakan Independent Sampel t test. Dengan menggunakan alat ukur Numeric Ranting Scale (NRS). Hasil penelitian rata-rata skala dismenore reseponden sebelum diberikan Kombinasi Aromaterapi Kayu Manis (Cassiavera) Dengan Air Perasan Wortel (Dancus Carota) sebesar 7,63 nyeri berat terkontrol dan setelah diberikan sebesar 4,00 nyeri sedang. Pemberian Kombinasi Aromaterapi Kayu Manis Dengan Air Perasan Wortel p-value 0,00 < 0,05. Dan pretest kelompok kontrol 7,75 nyeri berat terkontrol, posttest kelompok kontrol 7,00 nyeri berat terkontrol dengan p-value 0,30 > 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan ada perubahan sebelum menggunakan Kombinasi Aromaterapi Kayu Manis (Cassiavera) Dengan Air Perasan Wortel (Dancus Carota) dan setelah menggunakan Kombinasi Aromaterapi Kayu Manis (Cassiavera) Dengan Air Perasan Wortel (Dancus Carota) Terhadap Penurunan Skala Dismenore Pada Remaja Putri Di Smp 12 Kota Sungai Penuh dan tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap pre dan post pada kelompok kontrol. Disarankan menggunakan Kombinasi Aromaterapi Kayu Manis Dengan Air Perasan Wortel sebagai alternatif dalam mengurangi Dismenore Pada Remaja Putri Di SMP 12 Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2023. Komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan sebagai penyebab tertinggi kematian ibu tersebut dapat dicegah dengan pemeriksaan kehamilan melalui antenatal care (ANC) secara teratur. Kunjungan ANC sangat penting untuk memantau perkembangan kehamilan dan mendeteksi kelainan serta komplikasi yang menyertai kehamilan secara dini dapat ditangani secara cepat dan benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kunjungan ANC diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Limau Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Tahun 2020.Peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah jika pengetahuan, paritas, dan dukungan suami tinggi dapat mempengaruhi kunjungan ANC responden menjadi makin baik atau ada faktor lain yang menyebabkan walau pengetahuan, paritas, dan dukungan suami tinggi belum tentu kunjungan ANC responden juga baik. Jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan cross sectional. Jumlah populasi 43 dan sampel menggunakan total populasi sebanyak 43 responden.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan chi square. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh p value masing-masing variabel indipendent yaitu pengetahuan (p=0,001) ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kunjungan ANC, paritas (p=0,216) tidak ada hubungan paritas dengan kunjungan ANC, dan dukungan suami (p=0,000) ada hubungan dukungan suami dengan kunjungan ANC. Diharapkan untuk ibu hamil untuk dapat rutin melakukan kunjungan ANC agar ANC guna untuk mengurangi komplikasi kehamilan yang tidak cepat ditangani dikarena tidak memeriksakan kehamilan serta untuk petugas kesehatan Petugas kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan, baik berupa penyuluhan-penyuluhan tentang kunjungan ANC secara keseluruhan maupun pemberian leaflet-leaflet mengenai kunjungan ANC. Metode penyuluhan hendaknya lebih komunikatif sehingga informasi yang disampaikan lebih mudah dipahami.
