Di indonesia 49 % penderita skizofrenia mengalami rawat ulang setelah dipulangkan selama 1 tahun.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Persepsi Keluarga dengan Dukungan Keluarga Pada Penderita Skizofrenia Paranoid di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sanggaran Agung 2021. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kolerasi yang merupakan suatu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi mengenai status yang berhubungan mengenai suatu gejala yang ada, dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga dengan skizoprenia paranoid yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sanggaran Agung kab. Kerinci dengan besa sampel yang ditetapkan dengan rumus Slovin sebanyak 40 responden, data diperoleh melalui lembar kuesioner.Analisa menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian dari 40 responden yang memiliki persepsi tidak baik terdapat pada penderita skizoprenia Paranoid dengan dukungan keluarga tidak baik yaitu 77,8% dibandingkan dengan penderita skizoprenia Paranoid yang memiliki dukungan keluarga baik yaitu 38,9%. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square menunjukan nilai p value = 0,020 (p < 0,05 ), ini berarti ada hubungan persepsi keluarga dengan dukungan keluarga penderita skizoprenia Paranoid di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sanggaran Agung Tahun 2021. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan peran serta dan kerja sama dari berbagai pihak dalam pengambilan suatu kebijakan mengenai Hubungan Persepsi Keluarga dengan Dukungan Keluarga Pada Penderita Skizofrenia Paranoid di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sanggaran Agung 2021.
