Instansi selalu menginginkan pegawai yang bekerja memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan yang baik. Keinginan untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang diharapkan dapat menunjang kegiatan instansi, setiap pegawai harus memiliki motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang tinggi. Dari 8 program yang ada, 2 diantaranya belum mencapai target. Keadaan ini dapat diartikan bahwa program yang ada belum mencapai target, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan disiplinan kerja dengan ketercapaian program pegawai Puskesmas Cubadak Kabupaten Pasaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan desain cross sectional. penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Cubadak Kabupaten Pasaman , dengan panduan kuesioner. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Maret 2019. Sampel berjumlah 18 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 18 orang. Data dianalisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil analisa univariat diketahui 66,7 % pegawai memiliki motivasi tinggi dan 55,6% pegawai memiliki kedisiplinan tinggi dan 61,1% lebih dari sebagian program tercapai. Berdasarkan analisa bivariat diketahui nilai p value hubungan motivasi dan ketercapaian program= 0,013 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara motivasi kerja dengan ketercapaian program Puskesmas Cubadak Kabupaten Pasaman. Nilai p value hubungan disiplin dan ketercapaian program= 0,013 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang antara disiplin kerja dan ketercapaian program. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, diharapkan pimpinan memberikan penilaian motivasi dan kedisiplinan pegawai secara berkala untuk seluruh pegawai dan memberikan pengawasan secara berjenjang untuk mempertahankan ketercapaian program pegawai puskesmas cubadak kabupaten pasaman timur. Di Indonesia kasus operasi sectio caesaria menduduki peringkat tertinggi dengan jumlah kasus 480.622. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi menggunakan media poster tentang mobilisasi dini pada kelompok pelaku yang dilakukan edukasi dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak dilakukan edukasi terhadap lama pernyembuhan luka post sectio cesarea. Penelitian dilakukan di Klinik Bersalin Fawazah Kota Payakumbuh pada tanggal 06 Maret s/d 22 Maret 2024. Metode penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimen dengan desain posttest only with non aquivalent control grup design. Sampel yang diambil adalah 6 responden menggunakan teknik total sampel. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi kemudian dianalisis dengan uji shapiro wilk dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian univariat menunjukkan bahwa penyembuhan luka pada kelompok eksperimen ketiga responden (100%) dinyatakan sembuh pada hari ke 7, dan pada kelompok kontrol hanya 1 (33,7%) responden yang sembuh , 2 ( 66,7%) responden dinyatakan lama dalam proses penyembuhannya . Pada uji Independent t-test didapatkan hasil bahwa p=0.009, dimana p<0.05 maka Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh edukasi menggunakan media poster tentang mobilisasi dini terhadap pernyembuhan luka post sectio cesarea di Klinik Bersalin Fawazah Kota Payakumbuh tahun 2024. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat memberikan edukasi untuk mempercepat lama penyembuhan luka sectio caesarea pada ibu post sectio caesarea. Hemoglobin adalah protein yang terdapat dalam sel darah merah yang kaya akan zat besi. Kentang merupakan umbi yang mengandung zat besi dan vitamin C. Zat besi diperlukan untuk memacu kadar hemoglobin. Zat besi berbentuk heme dan non heme. Vitamin C yang akan membantu memaksimalkan penyerapan zat besi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi kentang terhadap kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil di Puskesmas Lubuk Basung Tahun 2019. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Pre-Experimental Design dengan desain rancangan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Basung Tahun 2019. Sampel total berjumlah 18 orang, 9 orang kelompok kontrol dan 9 orang kelompok intervensi, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probabilitas, purposive sampling. Setiap responden kelompok intervensi diberikan kentang kukus selama 6 hari pada pagi hari. Pengukuran kadar hemoglobin dilakukan 2 kali, hari 1 sebelum mengkonsumsi kentang, dan hari ke 8 setelah konsumsi kentang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil rata-rata 1,0 gr/dl/. Dalam menganalisa data digunakan uji Idependent T-Test, didapat p value 0,049, hal ini menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kentang kukus terhadap kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Basung Tahun 2019. Hal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil.
