Alat pelindung diri seperti diantaranya sarung tangan, masker, kaca mata pelindung, apron/celemek, serta sepatu tertutup merupakan alternatif tindakan pencegahan bagi perawat dalam melindungi diri dari resiko penularan penyakit. Sehingga diperlukan perilaku keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja perawat dirumah sakit. Fenomena yang ditemukan dilapangan tahun 2018-2020 ditemukan kasus kecelakaan tertusuk jarum sebanyak 16. Kecelakaan kerja lainnya adalah teriris benda tajam saat memasang infus. 27 % Perawat ruang operasi belum memakai APD lengkap. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahuinya ada hubungan pengetahuan, dan sikap dengan kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri pada perawat di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit AR Bunda Prabumulih. Rancangan penelitian adalah cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampling yaitu total sampling. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 21 orang. Sampel penelitian 17 responden. Tempat penelitian di Instalasi gawat darurat Rumah sakit AR Bunda Prabumulih. Penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 12-20 Februari 2021. Hasil penelitian, didapatkan 52,9% dengan pengetahuan baik, 52,9% responden memiliki sikap positif dan 58,8% responden patuh dalam menggunakan APD. Analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan pengetahuan terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (p value 0,76), dan ada hubungan sikap terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (p value = 0,02) perawat instalasi gawat darurat RS AR Bunda Prabumulih. Saran bagi pihak rumah sakit untuk melakukan edukasi secara berkala untuk mengingatkan kembali tentang manfaat penggunaan APD dalam tindakan keperawatan khususnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu menjelaskan angka dari hasil penelitian. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 responden, responden adalah pasien bedah di Poliklinik Bedah Rumah Sakit Tentara Solok. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, artinya seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian hubungan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,003 p value < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hubungan fasilitas kesehatan sebesar 0,000 p value < 0,05 maka disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Saran pada penelitian ini supaya Poliklinik Bedah Rumah Sakit Tentara Solok selalu dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan.
