Prevalensi striae gravidarum (SG) pada ibu hamil berkisar 50% sampai 90%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemberian Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) terhadap striae gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Tahun 2022.Penelitian ini merupakan pre experimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester II dan III, Sampel penelitian adalah ibu hamil yang mengalami striae gravidarum sebanyak 12 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang pada bulan Maret−Juli 2022. Pemberian pengolesan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) pada perut ibu hamil dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu. Analisa data univariat mengambarkan distribusi frekwensi masing-masing variable, uji normalitas data menggunakan Shapiro-wilk. untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengolesan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) terhadap perubahan striae gravidarum pada ibu hamil Trimester II dan III. mengggunakan uji hipotesis Paired Sample T-test. Hasil Analisa univariat didapati rerata striae gravidarum pretest adalah 11.67 dengan kategori sedang, rerata striae gravidarum posttest adalah 2.33 dengan kategori tidak ada. Uji paired t-test didapat inilai p=0,000, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pemberian Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) terhadap striae gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester II dan III.
