Jumlah kasus TBC paru di Indonesia diperkirakan mencapai 1.020.000 kasus TBC baru per tahun dengan 100.000 kematian per tahun. Tujuannya untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TBC paru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang berkunjung ke ruang TB Paru Puskesmas Gulai Bancah yang berjumlah 54 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara Accidental Sampling. Lokasi penelitian berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gulai Bancah Kecamatan Gulai Bancah Kota Bukittinggi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2023. %). Hasil penelitian adalah jenis lantai tidak dapat dianalisis dengan uji chi square, terdapat hubungan dan besaran risiko terhadap intensitas pencahayaan (p: 0.029, OR: 0.250), kelembaban (p: 0.835, OR: 1.125 ), dan hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antar perilaku. merokok (p: 0,784, OR: 0,856). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan antara kelembaban udara dan perilaku merokok dengan kejadian tuberkulosis paru dan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara intensitas pencahayaan. Disarankan kepada masyarakat untuk memperhatikan faktor lingkungan fisik rumah terutama intensitas pencahayaan dan kelembaban udara yang tidak memenuhi syarat untuk mencegah penularan penyakit TBC paru..
