Title A name given to the resource Pengaruh Edukasi Tentang Kehamilan Risiko Tinggi Terhadap Penegtahuan dan Sikap Ibu Hamil Risiko Tinggi di Puskesmas Tanjung Ampalu Tahun 2023 Description An account of the resource Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator pembangunan kesehatan suatu negara. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) AKI sangat tinggi sekitar 830 wanita meninggal akibat komplikasi terkait kehamilan atau persalinan di seluruh dunia setiap hari. Dari suvey awal yang dilakukan pada bulan mei tahun 2023 didapatkan bahwa jumlah ibu hamil sebanyak 214 orang dan ibu hamil yang berisiko tinggi yaitu sebanyak 21 orang. Sebagai Upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil terhadap kehamilan risiko tinggi sehingga pentingnya pemberian edukasi untuk meningkatnya pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi tentang kehamilan berisiko tinggi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil Risiko tinggi di puskesmas Tanjung ampalu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan One-Grup Pretest-posttest Design dalam Pre- Experimental Designs (Nondesigns). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pretest dan posttestyang memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan pengetahuan setelah diberikan evaluasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang risiko tinggi. Analisa data berupa Analisa univariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan derajak kesalahan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum diberikan edukasi 12,72 sedangkan sesudah edukasi 21,89 dan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah sebesar 0,00 dengan P Value= 0,000. Rata-rata sikap sebelum diberikan edukasi 26,89 sedangkan sesudah edukasi 36,06 dan terdapat perbedaan sikap sebelum dan sesudah edukasi sebesar 0,00 dengan P Value = 0,000. Ada pengaruh edukasi tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan secara intensif dapat memberikan edukasi kepada ibu hamil dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan kehamilan berisiko pada ibu hamil risiko tinggi.
