Pemeriksaan IVA test memiliki beberapa kelebihan seperti mudah dilakukan dan dengan demikian banyak masyarakat khususnya ibu yang belum melakukan test IVA dan juga lama pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk melihat adanya hubungan lama penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal dengan hasil pemeriksaan Insfeksi visual asam asetat di Puskesmas Muara Tebo Tahun 2022. Desain Penelitian Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Korelasi dengan pendekatan desain Case Control. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah 32 orang ibu yang diambil dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari-September 2022. Data diolah dengan komputerisasi menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini Dari 32 orang responden terdapat 53,1% yang pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal yang singkat di Puskesmas Muara Tebo Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2022. Dari 32 orang responden terdapat 62,5% yang mengalami Test IVA Negatif di Puskesmas Muara Tebo Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2022, didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,035. Ada hubungan Lama pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal dengan hasil test IVA di Puskesmas Muara Tebo Kabupaten Tebo Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2022. di Saran Kepada tenaga bidan agar terus meningkatkan pelayanan test IVA agar dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu hamil sehingga tidak terjadi lagi kasus ca cerviks nantinya . Title A name given to the resource Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur (Wus) Tentang SADARI Terhadap Kejadian Kanker Payudara Di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi Tahun 2018 Description An account of the resource Kanker payudara merupakan suatu penyakit neoplasma ganas yang dapat menimbulkan kesengsaraan dan kematian pada wanita. Kanker payudara merupakan salah satu jenis kanker yang umum pada wanita. Kota Bukittinggi menepati posisi ke 2 setelah kota padang dengan jumlah penderita kanker payudara terbanyak yakni 576 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan wanita usia subur tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri terhadap kanker payudara di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectiona. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 124 kasus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan responden yang cukup lebih banyak 37 (67.3%) sedangkan responden yang tingkat pengetahuannya kurang ada sebanyak 15 (27.3%) dan tingkat pengetahuan baik ada sebanyak 3 (5.4%). Sedangkan responden yang tidak terkena kanker payudara lebih banyak 41 (74.5%) dari responden yang terkena kanker payuadara ada sebanyak 14 (25.5%). Hasil uji statistik tingkat pengetahuan dengan kejadian kanker payudara di peroleh nilai p value 0.011 (p ≤ 0.05) dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan wanita usia subur tentang sadari dengan kejadian kanker payudara di RSUD Dr.Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi tahun 2018. Disarankan responden untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai sadari sehingga dapat terhindar dari penyakit kanker paayudara dan disarankan agar petugas memberikan informasi dan promosi mengenai bagaimana cara melakukan sadari dengan baik.
