Pada tahun 2022 terjadi penurunan sebesar 66% sehingga penderita menjadi 106 orang. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan pengobatan diperlukan adanya kepatuhan berobat bagi setiap penderita. Oleh karena itu penting untuk diketahui tentang tingkat kepatuhan serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepatuhan berobat penderita TB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) Pada Penderita TB Paru di Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini di mulai dari September-Oktober 2022 di Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Yarsi Bukittinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 84 orang responden dengan Accidental Sampling. Hasil uji statistik analisis bivariat menyatakan ada hubungan sikap diperoleh nilai p value 0,004 (p <0,005), tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan diperoleh nilai p value 0,273 (p >0,005),efek samping diperoleh nilai p value 0,825 (p >0,005), dukungan keluarga diperoleh nilai p value 0,122 (p >0,005), peran tenaga kesehatan diperoleh nilai p value 0,825 (p >0,005). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap responden Kepatuhan Minum Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) Pada Penderita TB Paru. Saran dalam penelitian ini agar petugas kesehatan memberikan edukasi kepada penderita TB paru untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai TB paru dan sikap penderita TB paru terhadap kepatuhan minum obat.
