Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku caring bidan terhadap kepuasan pasien poli Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) di Puskesmas Koto Lolo Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunankan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasi. Dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien poli KIA Puskesmas Koto Lolo pada bulan Desember 2023 yang berjumlah 80 orang pasien, sampel sebanyak 67 orang pasien poli KIA dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner perilaku caring dan kepuasan pasien poli KIA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: Terdapat hubungan dimensi Maintening belief dalam caring bidan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien poli KIA di Puskemas Koto Lolo Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2024, terdapat hubungan dimensi knowing dalam caring bidan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien poli KIA di Puskemas Koto Lolo Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2024, terdapat hubungan dimensi Being With dalam caring bidan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien poli KIA di Puskemas Koto Lolo Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2024, sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan bidan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien di Puskesmas.
