Banyak komplikasi yang berhubungan dengan ibu dan janin yang disebabkan oleh anemia. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi anemia salah satunya non farmakologi yaitu telur puyuh dan telur ayam ras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengengetahui Perbandingan pemberian telur puyuh dengan telur ayam ras terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia di wilayah kerja puskesmas pagambiran Kota Padang tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini Quasy Eksperiment rancangan non equivalent control group design. Populasi adalah semua ibu hamil dengan anemia sebanyak 119 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 10 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi pretest postest kemudian analisis dengan Paired sampel T test. Analisis univariat Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia sebelum diberikan telur puyuh adalah 9,710 dan naik sesudah diberikan Telur puyuh yaitu menjadi 10,490. Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia sebelum diberikan telur ayam ras adalah 9,710 dan naik sesudah diberikan Telur ayam ras yaitu menjadi 10,520. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan adanya perbandingan pemberian telur puyuh dengan telur ayam ras terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbandingan dimana telur ayam ras lebih efektif dalam kenaikan hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pegambiran Kota Padang Tahun 2023, diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dengan cara alami kepada ibu hamil dengan anemia agar dapat meningkatkan hemoglobin seperti menerapkan terapi non farmakologi untuk meningkatkan hemoglobin pada ibu hamil anemia dengan mengkonsumsi telur puyuh dan telur ayam ras. Thalib Sungai Penuh Tahun 2022 Description An account of the resource Operasi/prosedur pembedahan akan memberikan suatu reaksi emosional bagi pasien. Kecemasan dapat menimbulkan adanya perubahan secara fisik maupun psikologis. Kondisi ini memerlukan suatu upaya dalam menurunkan kecemasan yaitu salah satunya teknik relaksasi Benson, tindakan ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kecemasan yang dirasakanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi benson terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi di ruang bedah RSUD Mayjen H. A. Thalib Sungai Penuh Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre eksperiment dengan pendekatan One-grup pretest and post test design. Populasi adalah semua pasien pre operasi berjumlah 201 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 16 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner DASS dan lembar observasi. Data diolah secara komputerisasi dengan analisa univariat dan analisa bivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistik non parametrik yaitu uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi sebelun diberikan tknik relaksasi Benson adalah 26,94 dan setelah diberikan teknik relaksasi Benson rata-rata tingkat kecemasan adalah 11,19. Berdasarkan uji statistik didapatkan p value = 0,000 (p ≤ 0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh teknik relaksasi Benson terhadap kecemasan pasien pre operasi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh teknik relaksasi Benson terhadap kecemasan pasien pre operasi, maka diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi dan alternatif yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengatasi kecemasan secara non farmakologi pada pasien pre operasi. Title A name given to the resource EFEKTIFITAS PENERAPAN TERAPI HIPNOSIS LIMA JARI TERHADAP GANGGUAN TIDUR PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI Description An account of the resource Hipertensi secara umum dapat didefinisikan sebagai tekanan sistolik lebih dari 140 mmhg dan tekanan diastolic lebih dari 90 mmhg. Tekanan darah tersebut membuat system sirkulasi dan organ yang mendapat suplai darah (termasuk jantung dan otak) menjadi tegang. Adapun tanda gejala yang muncul pada pasien hipertensi selain meningkatnya tekanan darah, pasien juga mengalami nyeri pada kepala dan tengkuk, gangguan pola tidur, penanganan gangguan pola tidur dan tekanan darah dapat dilakukan dengan penanganan non-farmakologi adalah penerapan terapi hipnosis lima jari. Waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam melakukan hypnosis lima jari ini yaitu selama 3 hari berturut-turut dengan durasi pemberian intervensi 15 menit. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intervensi penanganan gangguan pola tidur dan tekanan darah non- farmakologis melalui penerapan terapi hipnosis lima jari. Hasil analisis menunjukkan didapatkan TD pada hari pertama 190/100 mmHg, TD pada hari kedua yaitu 160/100 mmHg sedangkan pada hari ke 3 dilakukan terapi hypnosis lima jari didapatkan TD 140/80 mmHg sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa pemberian terapi hypnosis lima jari efektif dan efesien untuk mengurangi gangguan pola tidur pada pasien hipertensi.
