Seorang ibu sering mengalami masalah dalam pemberian air susu ibu (ASI) eksklusif, salah satu kendala utamanya yakni produksi air susu ibu yang tidak lancar. Hal ini akan menjadi faktor penyebab rendahnya cakupan pemberian (ASI) eksklusif kepada bayi baru lahir. Agar pemenuhan cakupan air susu ibu (ASI) bisa terpenuhi dapat dilakukan dengan upaya seperti tanaman daun ubi jalar ungu (Ipomoea batatas var ayumurasaki). Tanaman daun ubi jalar ungu (Ipomoea batatas var ayumurasaki) merupakan bahan makanan lokal yang memiliki potensi untuk nutrusi ibu menyusui. Sedangkan sub involusi uteri juga merupakan komplikasi yang sering kematian ibu, terapi nonfarmakologis yang dapat diberikan antara lain pemberian daun ubi jalar ungu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian daun ubi jalar ungu terhadap involusi uteri pada ibu menyusui dan kecukupan ASI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitia adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pre eksperimental design. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain rancangan pretest postest. Populasi sampel berjumlah 12 ibu menyusui dengan usia bayi 0-6 bulan. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu lembar observasi dan lembar persetujuan. Uji analisa data dilakukan univariat dan bivariat dengan sebelumnya melihat normalitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (p-value 0,000) maka dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh pemberian daun ubi jalar ungu (Ipomoea batatas var ayumurasaki) terhadap volume air susu ibu menyusui. Dengan adanya pengaruh dari hasil penelitian ini, ibu dalam masa menyusui dapat mengkonsumsi rebusab daun ubi jalar ungu (Ipomoea batatas var ayumurasaki) untuk memperlancar produksi air susu ibu (ASI). Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kelengkapan imunisasi dasar beberapa diantaranya adalah Pengetahuan dan Dukungan Tokoh Masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan tokoh masyarakat dan pengetahuan ibu dengan imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi di Posyandu Pelita Hati di wilayah Kerja puskesmas Lembah Binuang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebanyak 44 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian bayi yang lengkap imunisasinya sebesar 61,4%, dukungan tokoh masyarakat terhadap imunisasi sebesar 36,41%, rata-rata pengetahuan ibu baik yaitu 59,10%. Dari uji statistik menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan tokoh masyarakat dengan kelengkapan pemberian imunisasi dasar dengan p-value = 0,00, serta tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kelengkapan pemberian imunisasi dasar dengan p-value = 0,611. Kesimpulannya ada hubungan antara dukungan tokoh masyarakat dengan kelengkapan pemberan imunisasi dasar dan tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunsas dasar. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada pihak Puskesmas agar meningkatkan upaya promosi kesehatan serta hendaknya menjalin kerjasama dengan tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat dalam memberikan penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya imunisasi dasar lengkap pada Bayi. ACHMAD DARWIS SULIKI TAHUN 2022 Description An account of the resource Covid 19 mulai masuk ke Indonesia pada awal Maret tahun 2020 dan menyebar ke seluruh daerah di Indonesia. Hal ini menimbulkan kecemasan bukan hanya pada masyarakat namun juga kepada perawat. Kecemasan ini dialami oleh perawat karena perawat merupakan garda terdepan dalam merawat pasien Covid 19. Dalam hal ini dukungan keluarga sangat dibutuhkan oleh perawat karena dukungan keluarga merupakan motivasi bagi perawat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan dukungan keluarga dan tingkat kecemasan perawat yang bertugas di ruang isolasi dan IGD pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di RSUD dr Achmad Darwis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif retrospektif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 37 dengan jumlah sampel 37 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 37 orang perawat yang bertugas di ruang isolasi dan IGD. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 20 (54,1%) responden memiliki dukungan keluarga positif dan 17 (54,9%) responden memiliki dukungan keluarga negatif. Tingkat kecemasan ringan yang dialami perawat sebanyak 22 (59,2%) responden, tingkat kecemasan sedang sebanyak 14 (37,8%) responden dan tingkat kecemasan berat sebanyak 1 (2,7%) responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi-square dan diperoleh Pvalue = 0,130 yang berarti tidak ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan perawat yang bertugas di ruang isolasi dan IGD pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di RSUD dr Achmad Darwis tahun 2022. Dengan demikian diharapan keluarga terus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan dukungannya kepada perawat dan perawat tetap mempertahankan cara menangani kecemasannya selama merawat pasien Covid 19 sehingga dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik.
