Title A name given to the resource Hubungan Adiksi Game Online Dengan Kualitas Tidur Siswa Di MAN 1 Gulai Bancah Bukittingg Description An account of the resource Game online merupakan wadah bermain yang sangat digemari oleh remaja, game online itu sendiri mempunyai beberapa daya tarik.Efek negative dari game online adalah agresi, cidera fisik, dan kecanduan.Seseorang yang kecanduan game online akan bermain game online dengan kompulsif, mengisolasikan diri dari kontak sosial, dan memfokuskan dari pada pencapaian dalam game online dan mengabaikan hal-hal lainnya.Penelitianinibertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan adiksi game online terhadap kualitas siswa di MAN 1 Gulai bancahtahun 2021.Jenispenelitianini kuantitatif dengan desain atau metode penelitian survei analitik. Sampel dalampenelitian inisebanyak 86 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji statistik analisis univariat diketahuidari 44 siswa yang mengalamiadiksi game online sangatrendahdengankualitastidurburuksebanyak 21 (47,7%), sedangkan 36 siswa yang mengalamiadiksi game online dengankualitastidurburuksebanyak 6 (16,7%), dan 6 siswa yang mengalamiadiksi game online dengankualitastidursedang 2 (33,7%). Hasilujistatistikdiperolehnilai p value = 0,011 (<0,005) makadapatdisimpulkanadanyahubunganantarahubunganadiksi game online dengankualitastidursiswa di MAN 1 GulaiBancahBukittinggi.Berdasarkan penelitian ini diharapkan siswa yang berada di MAN 1 Gulai Bancah Bukittinggiagar dapat mengurangifrekuensibermain game online agar tercapaikualitastidur yang baikdantidakmengangguaktifitasbelajarsiswa. Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai peringkat kedua di Sumatera Barat prevalensi balita stunting 32%. Puskesmas Mapaddegat ditemukan ada 11,1% Balita mengalami Gizi kurang dan belum memenuhi target (15,5%). Upaya yang dilakukan adalah memamfaatkan makanan yang sering dikomsusmi masyarakat yaitu ulat sagu yang mengandung setiap 100 gram berat kering adalah 25,8 gram protein, 38,5 gram lemak, 2,1 gram abu, 33,2 gram karbohidrat, 583 energi (kkal). Supaya anak balita tertarik mengkomsumsi ulat sagu tinggi protein dapat diolah menjadi Nugget Ulat Sagu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat Pengaruh Pemberian nugget ulat sagu Terhadap Berat Badan Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mapadegat Tahun 2023.. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperiment dengan rancangan pre test dan post test. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2023 dengan populasi 73. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan sampel 14 responden.. Analisa hasil penelitian didapatkan secara univariat didapatkan rata-rata berat badan sebelum sebanyak 9,6 kg dengan standar deviasi 1,8 sedangkan sesudah tindakan sebanyak 10,7 kg dengan standar deviasi 1,9 dan Analisa bivariat di uji dengan uji T-test dependen sample test menunjukkan ada pengaruh pemberian Nugget Ulat Sagu terhadap Berat Badan balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas mapaddegat Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai tahun 2023 dengan nilai p = 0.000 yang artinya < 0.05. Diharapkan pihak puskesmas melakukan inovasi baru pemberian PMT untuk menanggulangi masalah gizi kurang dan untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan meneliti dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak dengan kelompok umur balita yang sama dan interval waktu lebih lama.
