Usia rata-rata pacaran pertama adalah 15 tahun, dan perilaku yang paling banyak dilakukan saat berpacaran adalah bergandengan tangan (65,9% perempuan 74,2% laki-laki), berpelukan (19,4% perempuan 30,5% laki-laki), berciuman bibir (6,3% perempuan 13,9% pria), menyentuh atau merangsang pasangan (1,5% wanita 5,3% pria) dan (2,2% wanita 3,4% pria) melakukan hubungan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan teman sebaya dan penggunaan media sosial dengan perilaku seksual di kota bukittinggi tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa/i Universitas X di Kota Bukittinggi yang berjumlah 1.337 mahasiswa dengan sampel 93 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas X Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden yang memiliki teman sebaya tinggi 38 orang (40,9%), penggunaan media sosial tinggi 40 orang (43,0%) dan sebagian besar responden berperilaku seksual tidak beresiko 53 orang (57,0%). Terdapat hubungan teman sebaya dengan perilaku seksual di Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2023 dengan p-value = 0,0001 dan terdapat hubungan penggunaan media sosial dengan perilaku seksual di Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2023 dengan p-value = 0,0001. Ada hubungan teman sebaya dan penggunaan media sosial dengan perilaku seksual di Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2023.
