Vaksin diartikan sebagai produk biologi yang mengandung antigen berupa mikroorganisme yang sudah mati atau yang telah dilemahkan untuk diberikan kepada seseorang agar menyebabkan kekebalan spesifik pada tubuh untuk melawan penyakit. Pada tanggal 20 april 2022 capaian vaksinasi dosis pertama telah mencapai 109,93% dari target. Sementara dosis kedua telah mencapai 75,74% dan dosis ketiga mencapai 6,28%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kelengkapan Vaksin Covid-19 Pada Wisatawan Kinantan Zoo Di Kota Bukittinggi tahun 2022. Metode pada Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitik dengan pendekatan studi cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai September di Kinantan Zoo Kota Bukittinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 618.018 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Hasil uji statistik bivariat menyatakan ada faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelengkapan vaksin pada Wisatawan Kinantan Zoo yaitu pengetahuan dengan kelengkapan vaksin Covid-19 diperoleh nilai p 0,017 (p>0,05), dan paparan media sosial dengan kelengkapan vaksin Covid-19 diperoleh nilai p 0,003 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, dan paparan media sosial dengan kelengkapan vaksin Covid-19 pada Wisatawan Kinantan Zoo di Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2022. Saran dalam penelitian ini kepada Dinas Pariwisata diharapkan agar meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepercayaan wisatawan terhadap vaksin covid-19 dengan cara memberikan edukasi seperti leflet dan selebaran tentang vaksinasi covid-19 ditempat-tempat wisata yang ada di Bukittinggi. Di negara berkembang hanya 39% ibu-ibu yang memberikan ASI eksklusif. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ASI yang sukar keluar di minggu pertama setelah melahirkan dan persepsi ibu bahwa produksi ASI tidak mencukupi. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI adalah secara non farmakologi adalah dengan mengkonsumsi buah pepaya. Pepaya mengandung laktagogum yang dapat merangsang aktivitas protoplasma pada sel-sel sekretoris kelenjar susu dan ujung saraf sekretoris dalam kelenjar susu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Buah Pepaya (Carica Papaya L) Terhadap Volume Asi Pada Ibu Menyusui Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rawang Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunankan jenis penelitian Quasy Experiment design dengan pendekatan Pretest-Posttest with control group, dengan analisis univariat dan bivariate. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu menyusui yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Tahun 2022, sampel sebanyak 16 orang ibu. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata volume ASI pada kelompok intervensi sebelum diberikan buah papaya 185 cc, dengan volume minimum 150 cc dan maksimum 250 cc. Volume ASI pada kelompok intervensi setelah diberikan buah papaya 295.5 cc, dengan volume minimum 270 cc dan maksimum 320 cc. rata-rata selisi volume ASI Ibu setelah mengkonsumsi pepaya 101,25 cc. Uji analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji parametric yaitu T test dengan hasilnya p value=0,000 (P < α) dengan selisih rata-rata (Mean Diference) sebesar 60 cc (292.5 – 232.5). Artinya Ha diterima ada pengaruh pemberian buah papaya (Carica Papaya L) Terhadap Volume Asi Pada Ibu Menyusui di wilayah kerja puskesmas rawang tahun 2022. Diharapkan pemberian buah pepaya dapat dijadikan rekomendasi untuk ibu menyusui yang volume ASInya sedikit.
