Title A name given to the resource PENGARUH PEMBERIAN BUAH PEPAYA (CARICAPAPAY TERHADAP VOLUME ASI PADA IBU MENYUSUI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS RAWANG TAHUN 2022 Description An account of the resource ASI merupakan nutrisi ideal untuk bayi yang mengandung zat gizi paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan bayi. Di negara berkembang hanya 39% ibu-ibu yang memberikan ASI eksklusif. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ASI yang sukar keluar di minggu pertama setelah melahirkan dan persepsi ibu bahwa produksi ASI tidak mencukupi. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI adalah secara non farmakologi adalah dengan mengkonsumsi buah pepaya. Pepaya mengandung laktagogum yang dapat merangsang aktivitas protoplasma pada sel-sel sekretoris kelenjar susu dan ujung saraf sekretoris dalam kelenjar susu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Buah Pepaya (Carica Papaya L) Terhadap Volume Asi Pada Ibu Menyusui Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rawang Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunankan jenis penelitian Quasy Experiment design dengan pendekatan Pretest-Posttest with control group, dengan analisis univariat dan bivariate. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu menyusui yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Tahun 2022, sampel sebanyak 16 orang ibu. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata volume ASI pada kelompok intervensi sebelum diberikan buah papaya 185 cc, dengan volume minimum 150 cc dan maksimum 250 cc. Volume ASI pada kelompok intervensi setelah diberikan buah papaya 295.5 cc, dengan volume minimum 270 cc dan maksimum 320 cc. rata-rata selisi volume ASI Ibu setelah mengkonsumsi pepaya 101,25 cc. Uji analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji parametric yaitu T test dengan hasilnya p value=0,000 (P < α) dengan selisih rata-rata (Mean Diference) sebesar 60 cc (292.5 – 232.5). Artinya Ha diterima ada pengaruh pemberian buah papaya (Carica Papaya L) Terhadap Volume Asi Pada Ibu Menyusui di wilayah kerja puskesmas rawang tahun 2022. Diharapkan pemberian buah pepaya dapat dijadikan rekomendasi untuk ibu menyusui yang volume ASInya sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seks bebas di SMA x Kabupaten Tanah Datar tahun 2023. metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan desain pendekatan cross sectional, penelitian dimulai pada bulan juli-agustus 2023 di SMA X Kabupaten Tanah Datar. populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 260 orang responden. sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 158 orang responden dengan teknik simpel random sampling. hasil uji statistik pada pengetahuan diperoleh nilai p 0,085 (p > 0,05), peran sumber informasi diperoleh nilai p 0,039 (p < 0,05) dan pengaruh teman sebaya diperoleh nilai p 1,000 (p > 0,05). kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku seks bebas dengan pengetahuan, dan pengaruh teman sebaya, sedangkan terdapat hubungan antara peran sumber informasi dengan perilaku seksual. saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan sekolah mempertahankan kegiatan program ekstrakulikuler yang bersifat religi dan olahragaserta memberikan pendidikan keagamaan dan kesehatan reproduksi sehingga siswa mempunyai kesempatan yang besar untuk mengetahui tetang perilaku seksual.
