Pada tahun 2017 sekitar 35,4% anak batita di Indonesia menderita penyimpangan perkembangan seperti penyimpangan dalam motorik kasar, motorik halus, serta tingkah laku. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu merubah tingkah laku anak yaitu dengan memberikan pelayanan ramah anak.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pelayanan Ramah Anak Terhadap Perubahan Tingkah Laku Anak Usia 3 Tahun (Toddler) di Puskesmas Padang Pasir Kota Padang Tahun 2020. Jenis pra Eksperiment dengan desain penelitian one group pretest and posttest. Penelitian dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Pasir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anak usia 3 tahun dengan jumlah sampel 16 orang. Teknik sampling adalah quota sampling. Data yang digunakan primer dan sekunder. Uji normalitas data menggunakan shapiro wilk dan data terdistribusi normal. Analisis data menggunakan analisis uji statistik paired sample t-test. Hasil analisa univariat didapatkan rata-rata tingkah laku sebelum mendapatkan pelayanan ramah anak yaitu 18,94 dengan standar deviasi 5,802 dan sesudah mendapatkan pelayanan ramah tamah yaitu 30,56 dengan standar deviasi 5,680. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan ada efektivitas pelayanan ramah anak terhadap perubahan tingkah laku anak usia 3 Tahun dengan nilai p value=0,0001 (p < 0,05). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada efektivitas pelayanan ramah anak terhadap perubahan tingkah laku anak usia 3 Tahun. Disarankan agar petugas kesehatan selalu memberikan pelayanan ramah anak untuk merubah tingkah laku anak ke arah yang lebih baik.
