Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan peneliti terhadap wanita usia subur yang di Puskesmas Sungai Tarab II mengenai deteksi dini kanker serviks yang dilakukan dengan media wawancara. Hasilnya dari 10 wanita usia subur yang di wawancarai menyatakan belum pernah melakukan Test IVA. Oleh karena itu, pemeriksaan IVA secara dini untuk WUS sangat dianjurkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan dengan media Poster terhadap sikap ibu WUS dalam pemeriksaan IVA di Puskesmas Sungai Tarab II.Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain Pre- experimental dengan rancangan One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Desain. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum diberikan penyuluhan dengan media poster rata-rata sikap responden 25,69. Setelah diberikan penyuluhan media poster rata-rata sikap responden meningkat menjadi 30.88. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa terbukti pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan dengan media poster terhadap sikap ibu WUS di Puskesmas Sungai Tarab II dengan p- value 0,000 Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh penyuluhan dengan media poster terhadap sikap Ibu WUS untuk melaksanakan Pemeriksaan IVA. Kepada puskesmas Sungai Tarab II dan fasilitas Kesehatan lainnya, disarankan untuk lebih meningkatkan promosi kesehatan atau pendidkan kesehatan tentang Pemeriksaan IVA Test.
