Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIA-N) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi Slow Stroke Back Massage terhadap Penurunan tekanan darah pada klien dengan Hipertensi. Hasil Asuhan Keperawatan menunjukkan terjadinya penurunan tekanan darah dari tekanan darah awal 182/96 mmHg dan setelah tindakan menjadi 172/91 mmHg. Perawat sebagai educator dapat memberkan informasi dan pendidikan kesehatan pada klien denan hipertensi berupa metode penurunan tekanan darah dengan teknik Slow Stroke Back Massage.
