Presentase dismenore di Indonesia sebesar 64,25%, dismenore primer sebanyak 54,89% dan dismenore sekunder 45,11%. Di Sumatera Barat presentase disminore primer mencapai 57,3%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi abdominal stretching exercise dan aromaterapi lavender terhadap nyeri haid remaja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimen, dengan pre and post test only one group design. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 4 Sungai Aur pada Februari – Maret 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah remaja putri yang mengalami disminoreadengan jumlah 26 dan besar sampel sebanyak 14 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tindakan kombinasi abdominal stretching exercisedan aromaterapi lavender, kemudian melakukan pengukuran nyeri haid sebelum dan sesudah tindakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nyeri haid dirasakan mulai berkurang setelah 13-15 menit selesai melakukan intervensi, dan terjadi penurunan rasa nyeri 1-3 poin. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara komputerisasi dengan uji wilcoxon.Berdasarkan uji statistik, diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0.000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kombinasi abdominal stretching exercise dan aromaterapi lavender terhadap nyeri haid remaja di SMPN 4 Sungai Aur Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian maka diharapkan SMPN 4 sungai Aur dapat menerapkan pelaksanaan kombinasi Abdominal Stretching Exercisedan aromaterapi lavender sebagai terapi non farmakologis untuk mengurangi nyeri haid remaja.
