Salah satu upaya deteksi dini yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan pemeriksaan IVA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Akses Informasi Dengan Keikutsertaan Wanita Usia Subur Dalam Melakukan Iva Tes Di Kenagarian Pandam Gadang Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Koto Tinggi Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian analitik dengan desain penelitian crossectional study. Populasi semua wanita usia subur yang telah menikah di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Koto Tinggi yang berjumlah 402 orang, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 80 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Penelitian telah dilakukan pada bulan Februari – Maret 2024. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian terdapat 41 orang (51,3%) responden yang pernah ikut serta dalam melakukan pemeriksaan IVA, 34 orang (42,5%) responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang pemeriksaan IVA dan 44 orang (55,0%) responden yang akses informasinya dalam kategori baik terhadap pemeriksaan IVA . Hasil uji statistik terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan keikutsertaan wanita usia subur melakukan pemeriksaan IVA dengan p value 0,027 dan terdapat hubungan akses informasi dengan keikutsertaan wanita usia subur melakukan pemeriksaan IVA dengan p value 0,007. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dan akses infromasi dengan keikutsertaan wanita usia subur melakukan pemeriksaan IVA. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas upaya penyuluhan tentang pemeriksaan IVA sebagai deteksi dini kanker servik agar pengetahuan WUS juga dapat meningkat.
