Sementara pada tahun 2017 dalam Pemantauan Status Gizi tercatat sebanyak 30,6% balita stunting (9,3% sangat pendek dan 21,30% pendek). Provinsi Sumatera Barat berada pada urutan ke 17 dengan prevalensi diatas nasional (39,2%) menurut data Riskesdas Tahun 2018. Berdasarkan data diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa prevalensi stunting di di Sumatera Barat ada pada kategori berat yaitu > 30%. (Riskesdas, 2018). Sedangkan Kota Payakumbuh prevalensi stunting sebesar 20% dengan jumlah balita stunting 2.667 balita. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Program Inovasi GERTAK CETING dalam upaya penurunan kasus Stunting di Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi evaluasi untuk meneliti sebuah peristiwa, kegiatan maupun program, dimana hasil yang diperoleh akan memberikan gambaran terhadap Evaluasi Program Inovasi Gertak Ceting di Kota Payakumbuh. Proses penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Februari 2023. Alat pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi, panduan wawancara , handphone untuk merekam dan mendokumentasikan gambar serta alat tulis selama proses penelitian. Data diolah secara manual dan dianalisis tanpa menggunakan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program inovasi stunting berjalan dengan baik karena adanya dukungan dari Lintas Program dan Lintas Sektor yang terlibat aktif dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dinilai dari kualitas dan kwantitas SDM petugas sudah memenuhi standar, sarana dan prasarana mendukung, anggaran terpenuhi, dan sasaran penerima manfaat sudah aktif dan berpartisipasi. Sehingga untuk capaian kunjungan posyandu, Bumil KEK , Bumil anemia, Remaja putri konsumsi TTD serta capaian kespro juga mengalami peningkatan setelah dilakukannya kegiatan inovasi.
