Agam Tahun 2023 Description An account of the resource Stunting merupakan kondisi kronis menggambarkan terhambatnya pertumbuhan anak karena malnutrisi jangka panjang. World Health Organization (WHO, 2018) menyatakan Indonesia berada diurutan ke-4 terbesar dengan masalah stunting di Dunia dengan prevalensi yaitu 37%atau hampir 9 juta balita stunting. Sedangkan rata- rata prevalensi tahun 2005-2017 indonesia berada di urutan ke-3 di Regional Asia Tenggara. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang stunting menjadi faktor risiko kejadian stunting pada anak. Dengan pengetahuan dan sikap yang lebih tinggi ibu cenderung memiliki anak dengan keadaan gizi baik dan sebaliknya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa efektifitas penyampaian materi stunting pada kelas ibu terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil terkait pencegahan stunting di Puskesmas Padang Luar Kabupaten Agam 2023. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretest posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 10 responden menggunakan teknik Probability. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Didapatkan hasil bahwa penyampaian materi stunting pada kelas ibu terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil terkait pencegahan stunting menunjukkan kriteria sesudah diberikan penyampaian materi dengan rata - rata pengetahuan yakni 9,28 dan pada sikap sesudah diberikan penyampaian materi yakni dengan rata – rata 33,28. Hasil uji statistik pada pengetahuan diperoleh nilai p value 0,000 ≤α 0,05 dan Hasil uji statistik pada sikap diperoleh nilai p value 0,020 ≤α 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima yang artinya ada efektifitas penyampaian materi stunting pada kelas ibu terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil terkait pencegahan stunting di puskesmas padang luar kabupaten agam 2023, sehingga penyampaian materi stunting dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pilihan dalam membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan Sikap ibu hamil.
