Tingkat menyusui secara ekslusif di Indonesia pada tahun 2018 adalah 77,09% (Hasil Riskesdas 2018, Kementrian Kesehatan RI). Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Palupuh, memiliki cakupan ASI ekslusif sekitar 57,8% (Profil Kesehatan Puskesmas Palupuh 2018). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Accupresure Point for Lactattion Terhadap Volume ASI pada Ibu Postpartum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Palupuh Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperimen dengan design pretest-posttest with control group. Populasi adalah ibu postpartum yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Palupuh yang berjumlah 22 orang, dengan pengambilan smapel secara purposive sampling sebanyak 10 orang. Dalam menganalisa data digunakan Uji Paired T-test, p value pada kelompok control 0,854 dan p value kelompok intervensi 0,002. Hal ini menunjukkan pada kelompok intervensi ada peningkatan volume ASI (p<0,005), namun pada kelompok control tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna. Sementara itu dari uji T-test didapat p value 0,043, yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada kedua kelompok. Yang artinya ada pengaruh intervensi Accupresure Point for Lactattion terhadap volume ASI ibu postpartum. Disarankan pada petugas kesehatan agar dapat mengajarkan teknik Accupresure Point for Lactattion pada ibu menyusui untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI bagi ibu yang kekurangan produksi ASI. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan makanan tersebut adalah melalui penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. Fenomena yang ditemukan di lapangan bahwa IRTP yang tidak menerapkan PHBS dengan baik, seperti pekerja laki-laki yang merokok di sela-sela kerja, tidak melakukan CTPS sebelum bekerja, tidak menggunakan pelindung diri, pecahayaan di tempat kerja tidak cukup, ventilasi seadanya dan nada jarring laba-laba dimana-mana, tidak ada tempat sampah tertutup, serta saluran limbah yang tidak ada bak penampungannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui factor-faktor penyebab rendahnya PHBS di IRTP. Jenis penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Populasi adalah seluruh IRTP yang terdapat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Payolansek Kota Payakumbuh, berjumlah 107 IRTP. Jumlah sampel 52 IRTP, diambil secara simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisa menggunakan uji chi-square dengan CI 95 % dan α 0,05. Hasil univariat diketahui 55,8 % responden memiliki pengetahuan, (65,4 %) sikap positif, (51,9 %) sanitasi dan hygiene yang tidak memenuhi syarat, dan 57,7 % PHBS IRTP yang baik, dibandingkan dengan rata-rata PHBS IRTP lainnya. Hasil bivariate ada hubungan pengetahuan (p = 0,003 dan OR = 7,773), sikap (p = 0,004 dan OR = 7,222) dan sanitasi hygiene (0,022 dan OR = 4,606) dengan PHBS IRTP. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa factor penyebab rendahnya PHBS IRTP adalah pengetahuan dan sikap tentang PHBS IRTP.
