Sedangkan prevalensi balita stunting di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota pada tahun 2022 mencapai 24,3%. Upaya untuk mempercepat penanganan masalah gizi kurang dengan memberikan makanan atau cemilan yang berbahan pangan lokal yang memiliki kandungan gizi yang baik yaitu daun kelor. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Bolu Daun Kelor Terhadap Berat Badan Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Pustu Dalam Koto Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan tipe rancangan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Only Design kemudian data diolah menggunakan uji paired sampel test. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 13 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 8 responden.Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata BB sebelum pemberian bolu daun kelor pada balita sebanyak 10,537 dengan standar deviasi 1,235 dan rata-rata BB setelah pemberian bolu daun kelor pada balita sebanyak 12,550 dengan standar deviasi 1,286. Hasil uji normalitas BB sebelum (Pre-Test) (p=0,846) dan Sesudah (Post-Test) (p=0,833) sehingga dapat disimpulkan semua data berdistribusi normal dengan probabilitas besar dari 0,05 (p>0,05). Perbedaan rata-rata BB sebelum dan sesudah yaitu -2,012 dengan standar deviasi yaitu 0,099. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan P value 0.000,dapat disimpulkan hipotesa diterima karena probabilitas kecil dari 0,05 (p<0,05) artinya pemberian Bolu Daun Kelor terdapat pengaruh terhadap peningkatan Berat Badan pada Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Pustu Dalam Koto tahun 2024. Dengan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan kepada ibu balita agar memberikan makanan tambahan bolu daun kelor yang mengandung protein cukup tinggi sebagai penunjang kenaikan berat badan pada balita. Virtual Reality (VR) adalah metode non-farmakologis untuk menghilangkan rasa sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penggunaan Virtual Reality terhadap nyeri persalinan Pada Primipara di Puskesmas PONED Desa Baru Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen research dan desain penelitian ini adalah pra eksperiment pre test dan post test menggunakan rancangan Pretest- Posttest with control group. Populasi penelitian adalah Ibu Bersalin Primipara Di Puskesmas PONED Desa Baru Tahun 2020 dengan sampel sebanyak 6 orang pada kelompok intervensi yang diberikan Virtual Reality dan 6 orang pada kelompok kontrol dibiarkan saja, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang didasarkan pada suatu pertimbangan tertentu yang dibuat oleh peneliti sendiri. Penelitian menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk. dan data berdistribusi normal sehingga menggunakan uji Paired T-Independent. Hasil penelitian univariat didapatkan nilai Pre-test Kelompok Intervensi adalah 6.00, nilai Pre-test Kelompok Intervensi adalah 4.17, sedangkan nilai Pre-Test Pada Kelompok Kontrol adalah 5.67, nilai Post-Test Pada Kelompok Kontrol adalah 6.33. Hasil penelitian bivariat didapatkan perbedaan rata-rata skala nyeri pada intervensi dan kelompok kontrol Di Puskesmas PONED Desa Baru Tahun 2020 adalah (P Value = 0,022). Hal ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan penurunan nyeri bersalin pada intervensi dan kelompok kontrol yang didapatkan pada kelompok intervensi lebih menunjukan perubahan yang signifikan. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya bisa dilakukan dengan memasukan vidio yang akan tampilkan ke dalam alat VR secara langsung jadi tidak lagi terhubung dengan handpone.
