Title A name given to the resource Efektifitas Pengaruh Pengolesan Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Terhadap Perubahan Striae Gravidarum Pada Nifas Diwilayah Puskesmas Gambok Muaro Sijunjung Kecamatan Sijunjung Kabupaten Sijunjung Description An account of the resource Pada masa nifas, terjadi perubahan pada kulit ibu yang berbeda antara satu wanita dengan wanita lain, dikarenakan adanya pertambahan darah yang mengalir ke kulit yang menyebabkan perubahan kulit ibu yaitu striae gravidarum. Hampir 90% ibu nifas di indonesia mengalaminya. Salah satu terapi herbal dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian EVOO. Kandungan Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( EVOO ) dapat mengurangi permasalahan kulit tersebut yang masih jarang digunakan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengaruh pengolessan EVOO terhadap perubahan striae gravidarum pada ibu nifas diwilayah Puskesmas Gambok Muaro Sijunjung Kecamatan Sijunjung Kabupaten Sijunjung. Metode penelitian berupa quasy eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pre and post test design. Polpulasi sebanyak 15 orang ibu nifas dan sampel sebanyak 10 responden dengan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Dari hasil uji normalitas Shapiro wilc, didapati data tidak berdistribusi normal sehingga uji bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisa univariat didapati rata-rata striae gravidarum pre test adalah 1,90 dengan kategori III ( warna keunguan ) dan kategori II ( warna merah tua ), rata-rata striae gravidarum post test adalah 1,30 dengan kategori II ( merah muda ). Hasil analisa bivariate dengan p-value 0,014. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pengolesan EVOO terhadap perubahan striae gravidarum pada ibu nifas. Diharapkan pada ibu nifas dapat menjaga dan memelihara kulit sehingga dapat mengurangi perluasan striae gravidarum selama awal kehamilan maupun pada saat nifas yang dapat mengganggu kenyamanan ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 24-60 bulan di desa tangga besi kecamatan simpang kiri kota subulussalam tahun 2023. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik korelasional dengan pendeketanan cross sectional, populasi sebanyak 93, sampel 75 dengan menggunakan Accidental sampling, menggunakan uji bivariat menggunakan uji square spss, Pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi dan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 13 januari 2023 s/d 3 februari 2023. Hasil penelitian rata – rata anak usia 24-60 bulan dengan status imunisasi tidak lengkap 57,3% yang imunisasi lengkap 42,7% dan rata – rata anak usia 24-60 bulan lebih banyak tidak mengalami stunting 62,7% dan anak yang stunting 37,3%. Kelengkapan imunisasi dasar dengan kejadian stunting pada anak p=0,002, Sehingga dapat disimpulkan adanya hubungan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 24-60 bulan di desa tangga besi kecamatan simpang kiri kota subulussalam tahun 2023. Imunisasi merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat diberikan untuk mengatasi stunting pada anak, disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang betapa pentingnya kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada balita, sehingga dapat mencegah stunting.
