Masa nifas (post partum) merupakan salah satu fase reproduksi wanita. Masa nifas melibatkan aspek fisik dan psikologi. Wanita akan mengalami perubahan keadaan setelah melahirkan. Perubahan fisiologis yang terjadi pada masa nifas yaitu pengerutan pada uterus yaitu suatu proses kembalinya uterus ke kondisi semula atau sebelum hamil dengan cara uterus berkontraksi. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jus nanas terhadap penurunan tinggi fundus uteri pada ibu nifas di PMB “M” kubang agung kabupaten kerinci tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode the one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ibu nifas di PMB “M” kubang agung kabupaten kerinci sebanyak 8 orang responden. Teknik pengembilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yang disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Analisis data menggunakan uji indefenden sample t tes. Dan hasil analisis didapatkan adanya pengaruh jus nanas terhadap penurunan tinggi fundus uteri pada ibu nifas di PMB “M” kubang agung kabupaten kerinci tahun 2020 dengan nilai (p = 0.011). Ada pengaruh jus nanas terhadap tinggi fundus uteri pada ibu nifas di PMB “M” kubang agung kabupaten kerinci tahun 2020. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya bisa lebih memaksimalkan lagi dalam melakukan penelitian ini dengan melihat variabel lainnya yang mempengaruhi penurunan tinggi fundus uteri pada ibu nifas.
