Namun mayoritas orang tua masih berpersepsi negatif terhadap keamanan vaksin Covid-19 dan efek samping yang akan menjadi masalah bagi anak- anak, terlihat dari 564.833 anak di Sumatera Barat hanya 5,7% orang tua yang mengizinkan anaknya untuk di vaksinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi orang tua terkait vaksinasi Covid-19 pada anak di SD Islam Al-Azhar 67 Bukittinggi tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini dimulai dari 23 Agustus sampai 11 September pada orang tua di SD Islam Al-Azhar. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 466 anak. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan Accidental Sampling. Hasil uji statistic univariat didapatkan distribusi frekuensi tertinggi yaitu pengetahuan 65%, dukungan keluarga 60%, peran tenaga kesehatan 69%, paparan media sosial 59%, dan persepsi 51%. Dan Hasil uji statistic analisis bivariat menyatakan ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan persepsi di peroleh P Value 0,05 (< 0,05), dan tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan dengen persepsi di peroleh P Value 0,571 (> 0,05), tidak ada hubungan peran tenaga kesehatan P Value 0,318(> 0,05), dan tidak ada hubungan paparan media sosial P Value 0,165 (>0,05). Dari hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan keluarga dengan persepsi orang tua terkait vaksinasi Covid-19 pada anak. Oleh karena itu penting untuk dapat meningkatkan persepsi positif orang tua terkait vaksinasi, hal tersebut dilakukan melalui promosi kesehatan dalam berbagai macam media agar tidak hanya orang tua saja yang mendapatkan namun juga dapat meningkatkan persepsi dari dukungan keluarga. Tingginya AKI /AKB karena rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan ibu dan frekuensi melakukan kunjungan antenatal care yang tidak teratur. Faktor yang memengaruhi kepatuhan ibu hamil menjalani Anternatal care yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan, kesibukan, tingkat sosial, ekonomi, dan dukungan suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Dan Dukungan Suami Terhadap Kunjungan Antenatal Care Pada Kehamilan Trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rimbo Bujang II Kabupaten Tebo Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini Deskriptif Analitik dengan desain Cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September Tahun 2023, bertempat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rimbo Bujang II. Populasi penelitian seluruh ibu hamil Trimester III berjumlah 37 orang. Sampel sebanyak 37orang. Teknik pengambilan secara total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 59,5 % kunjungan Antenatal Care tidak lengkap, 51,4 % ibu dengan pengetahuan rendah, 56,8 % ibu tidak mendapat dukungan suami. Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan Ibu degan kunjungan Antenatal Care (p value = 0,032, OR 5,89, terdapat hubungan dukungan suami dengan Kunjungan Antenatal Care (p value = 0,042, OR 5,33. Diharapkan kepada Ibu untuk dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran dan kepercayaan diri ibu tentang pentingnya melakukan kunjungan atau pemeriksaan selama kehamilan dengan lengkap sehingga segala permasalahan yang ada dapat diatasi sedini mungkin.
