Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan efektivitas antara pemberian tablet tambah darah dengan jus buah naga merah terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil trimester III diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Tambang Emas Kabupaten Merangin tahun 2022. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasy eksperimen dengan metode two group pre-post test.Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 responden dari total populasi dengan menggunakan total samling yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen.Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi ,waktu penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 13 juni 2022 s/d 27 juni 2022.Hasil uji univariat rerata pretest pemberian buah naga 9,9928 post test 11,8214,rerata pretest pemberian tablet tambah darah 9,9714 post test 12,1429.Uji bivariat paired t test kelompok intervensi p value = 0,00 kelompok kontrol p value = 0,00 Uji T independen p value 0,155.Kesimpulan ada pengaruh pemberian jus buah naga merah pada ibu hamil trimester III,ada pengaruh pemberian tablet tambah darah pada ibu hamil Trimester III tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh pemberian tablet tambah darah dengan jus buah naga merah terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil trimester III diwilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tambang Emas Kabupaten Merangin. Buah naga terbukti efektf untuk meningkatkan kadar Hemoglobin.Saran buah naga menjadi alternatif terapi non farmakologi bagi ibu hamil pengganti tablet tambah darah. Namun kenyataan dilapangan penggunaan partograf oleh bidan masih kurang tepat karena penggunaan partograf yang seharusnya digunakan selama proses persalinan tetapi digunakan setelah persalinan. Dukungan pengetahuan pada seorang bidan merupakan syarat utama dalam melaksanakan deteksi dini komplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, masa kerja dan kepatuhan bidan dengan partograf di puskesmas meranti kecamatan renah pamenang kabupaten merangin tahun 2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif. sampel ini adalah bidan yang bekerja di puskesmas desa meranti, berjumlah 20 orang. instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner mengenai pengetahuan,masa kerja, kepatuhan tentang partograf data ini di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan tentang partograf di puskesmas meranti kecamatan renah pamenang kabupaten merangin tahun 2022 sebagian besar dalam kategori cukup sebanyak 70%. Masa kerja bidan di puskesmas meranti kecamatan renah pamenang kabupaten merangin dalam kategori < 5 tahun sebanyak 65%. kepatuhan bidan tentang partograf di puskesmas meranti kecamatan renah pamenang kabupaten merangin tahun 2022 sebagian besar dalam kategori patuh sebanyak 95%. Lama kerja tidak memiliki keterkaitan yang cukup kuat dengan nilai kepatuhan seorang bidan dalam proses penggunaan partograf. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber referensi perbaikan tingkat pengetahuan dan kepatuhan. Bagi pihak puskesmas agar dapat secara mendalam untuk mengadakan peningkatan kompetensi bidan dalam bentuk pelatihan seminar.
