Partus lama dapat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikologis ibu yang meliputi persepsi ibu pada rasa nyeri saat persalinan. Nyeri pada saat persalinan merupakan hal yang normal, tetapi apabila nyeri yang berlebih tidak cepat teratasi maka dapat menyebabkan komplikasi sepeti partus lama dan hipoksia pada janin , karena nyeri menyebabkan pernafasan dan denyut jantung ibu akan meningkat menyebabkan aliran oksigen keplasenta terganggu. Cara untuk mengurangi nyeri dapat dilakukan pijat endorphin, yaitu terapi sentuhan untuk melepaskan senyawa endorphin yang merupakan pereda rasa sakit dan dapat menciptakan perasaan nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat endorphin terhadap intensitas nyeri pada ibu primigravida kala 1 fase aktif di PMB W Muara Panas. Desain penelitian ini adalah Pre Experiment pretest dan posttest menggunakan rancangan One group pretest-posttest. Total Sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 responden dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi kemudian analisis dengan Paired sampel Ttest. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, waktu penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 26 desember 2022 s/d 26 Januari 2023. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebelum di berikan pijat endhorpin adalah 5.60 dan setelah di berikan pijat endhorpin adalah 4.20. pada uji Paired sampel Ttest di dapatkan hasil bahwa p=0,000, dimana p<0,005. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pijat endhorpin terhadap ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif di PMB W muara panas Kabupaten Solok Provinsi Sumatera Barat Tahun 2023. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang pijat endhorpin kepada ibu bersalin Karna Pijat endhorpin merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat diberikan untuk mengatasi nyeri persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian puding daun kelor (moringa oleifera) terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di pukesmas nilam sari kota bukittinggi tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasy experiment pendekatan one group pretest and posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu menyusui di pukesmas nilam sari kota Bukittinggi tahun 2024 sebanyak 48 orang, dengan sampel semua ibu menyusui sebanyak 14 orang. Intervensi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan puding daun kelor kepada ibu menyusui dan dikonsumsi dalam sekali pemberikan diberikan 2x sehari pada pagi jam 8 dan sore jam 5 selama 7 hari. Hasil penelitian diperoleh jumlah rata-rata volume ASI sebelum intervensi diberikan puding daun kelor adalah 31,65 ml dengan jumlah minimum 28,4 dan maksimum 40,0. Jumlah rata-rata volume ASI sesudah intervensi adalah 51,22 ml dengan jumlah minimum 30,2 dan maksimum 71,4. Analisa yang digunakan adalah univariat bivariat. Hasil uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan bahwa (p=0,000), artinya ada pengaruh pemberian puding daun kelor (moringa oleifera) terhadap volume ASI pada ibu menyusui. Saran bagi ibu agar dapat menjadikan puding daun kelor salah satu alternatif dalam mengatasi dalam melancarkan produksi ASI. Dan dari 50 orang ibu bersalin tersebut mayoritas mengalami bendungan ASI sehingga bermasalah pada produksi volume ASI. Keluhan utama ibu adalah payudara bengkak, kencang, panas, dan nyeri. Sehingga diperlukannya pencegahan berupa kompres air hangat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres air hangat pada payudara bendungan ASI terhadap volume ASI pada ibu menyusui di Kenagarian Tanjung Beringin Selatan Tahun 2024. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan pre test- post test One Group. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 responden dari 50 populasi dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 08 Maret s/d 10 Maret 2024. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi kemudian dianalisis dengan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan kompres air hangat volume ASI dengan rata-rata 28.33 ml dan setelah diberikan kompres air hangat V\volume ASI menjadi bertambah dengan rata-rata 67.33 ml. Pada uji paired sample t-test didapatkan hasil bahwa p=0.000, dimana p<0.05. Disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh kompres air hangat pada payudara bendungan ASI terhadap Volume ASI pada ibu menyusui di Kenagarian Tanjung Beringin Selatan Tahun 2024. Data dari WHO menyebutkan per Agustus 2021 swbanyak 572.478 tenaga kesehatan terinfeksi covid-19. Tenaga kesehatan termasuk perawat merupakan profesi yang secara langsung melakukan interaksi dengan pasien terkonfirmasi covid-19 sehingga sangat rentan terpapar bahkan tertular penyakit ini. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan terkonfirmasi covid-19 pada perawat. Metode penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi adalah seluruh perawat yang bertugas dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat RSUD dr. Achmad Darwis Suliki, berjumlah 65 orang. Jumlah sampel 40 orang, diambil secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisa menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil univariat diketahui 55 % responden menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan kurang baik, 100 % memiliki riwayat kontak, 35 % memiliki komorbid, 77,5 % memiliki riwayat perjalanan ke luar kota/ daerah dan 70,0 % terkonfirmasi covid-19. Hasil bivariate ada hubungan protokol kesehatan (p = 0,004 dan OR = 12,5), komorbid (p= 0,003 dan OR = 1,857) dan ada hubungan riwayat perjalanan dengan terkonfirmasi covid-19 (p = 0,012 dan OR = 8,333). Disimpulkan bahwa factor yang paling berhubungan dengan terkonfirmasi positif pada perawat adalah penerapan protocol kesehatan. Saran kepada petugas agar menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan baik dimanapun berada, terutama bagi responden yang memiliki komorbid dan juga saat memberikan asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit, serta saat melakukan perjalanan ke luar kota/ daerah.
